Vicki was absolutely amazing with helping me find a home for me and my kids. Her attention to detail and knowledge of things to look out for was so helpful during the process. My husband and I cannot recommend Vicki Savini enough! It was our first time buying a home for our growing family. Vicki walked us through every step in the process. Kelly couldn’t have been a more perfect match for us! By sheer luck my husband and I got paired with her on Zillow. Not only is she attentive to the details, she always was extremely on top of things. If I had any questions she was SO quick to respond! She is sweet as pie and we love her so much!! We will absolutely be back to her in the future once we decide we want to move again. I 100% recommend her for all your realty needs. She always encouraged tons of questions and never once made us feel like we were bothering her! I really feel so blessed that we got Kelly. From start to finish the process was seamless and easy. My sister and I were helping my brother relocate to upstate NY from LI. Not a problem, except that he no longer drives, I live in NYC and my sister in VT. Jenna gave us incredible help using her knowledge of the complete area between Saratoga and Vermont. When sellers couldn't accomodate us on our weekend visits Jenna boldly stepped in to video call with us and even create some video tours of houses she had seen. As our buyers' broker she shepherded us through the offer process, inspection arrangements and dealing with difficult sellers' agents.I HEARTILY RECOMMEND JENNA for her willingness to go "above & beyond" to help us on our quest and finally to find our brother a great property that fufilled all his requirements at a pricepoint he could afford. We are so grateful to Jenna - THANK YOU, thank you, thank you!

Rating would be a zero if possible, she is a con and a crook. Do not trust her. I was hired to do a job for her at her property... she booked and re scheduled twice, finally went and did half the job, I was to return and finish in next day or two and she said dont come back, she scammed and did not pay for work done! Do not do business with her!!!! Cynthia Quade is a scammer! Be very weary , and stay away if you are smart! I will be takin her to small claims court to re coup my money that she owes me for services and work completed. Do not trust her period!

I was moving to New York and didn’t know where to start. I contacted Signature One and they were in contact with me that very afternoon! 3 months later my family and I reside in our new forever home.
