“Five stars for the amazing old building that makes you feel like you are entering the past. It is big and bright on the inside... A huge lobby and great decorations. very inviting. Also five stars for the wonderful team of people here. Nothing but friendly smiles and a very professional staff.We were able to walk here from our hotel which did not surprise me. I also love not having to worry about parking, which they did not seem to have a lot of. Saratoga Springs is very easy to navigate and get from one spot to another. “Every time I use the post office on Washington Ave, the staff are always very pleasant and honest with what additional services I should purchase (ex: insurance with tracking, expedite passport info, etc) when shipping a package or applying for a passport. And If there is a long line, it seems to move pretty smoothly. This is the only location I l prefer doing business with.”
“The service is always good. Today the gentleman is new. He told me 2nd day of work. But he has such good attitude. Trying to learn and working hard to make sure my refund was correct. “I use this location multiple times a week to mail out items I sell on eBay. Sometimes it is one item, other times it can be 3. The staff here are not only helpful but do their job consistently with a smile on their face. As someone who works in retail, customer service can be a tiring job that can lead to burnout. This UPS location beats out any other UPS location, USPS location or FedEx location I have ever been to. Big props to the whole team at this store.”
