This place is great ! Easy to find and great parking. The check in kiosk was easy to use, plenty of seating. Over all a nice , clean and friendly place !

The skill level is top notch, but they could be a little more friendly. I use quest in Malta because I’m in and out and they do a great job.

Got blood work and felt dizzy and sick because I hadn't eaten and the techs took better care of me than some hospital nurses. 10/10 would recommend

Just one suggestion: keep insurance information on your records so I do not have to show it every time I use the lab

I'll drive a half hour out of my way to come here. The phlebotomist always gets me on the first stick and let me lie down when I'm feeling woozy. Overall quick and straightforward, the office is always clean and quiet.

My wife went here a week ago for blood work. Neither the doctor's office nor the online portal contain her blood work results. Really needed timely results for monitoring purposes. Instead had to go this week to another local company's lab, and fortunately received the results the SAME day, within hours in fact. I'd avoid this place and go to LabCorp in Clifton Park. Really frustrating and inconvenient.

INCOMPETENT SCAM ARTISTS!Had to get a blood test here for my young child. My wife made an appointment online, drove about 40 minutes to this location at the assigned timeslot, and the employees were too incompetent to be able to read a schedule. You would think that they could at least do that, given how much time they would supposedly be doing this each day, but no. The employee told my wife they couldn't fit my child in because another person was scheduled at that time, and no amount of pointing out the reserved time slot confirmation could change their mind. And for those about to ask, no cancellation notifications had been sent prior to this point. Ended up not getting the blood test appointment, and now we are scrambling with out of network options to keep things on track.Another malicious thing that they do is withhold the location specific telephone number so there is no way to contact them with questions. The listed phone number leads to an endless phone menu, and if you want to talk to someone you have to be a doctor, not a patient (we have tried every option).If you are trying to teach your kids that all humans are fundamentally the same and deserve to be treated equally, don't go here - the employees present an extremely strong counterargument.

Arrived for fasting Labwork as an insulin dependent diabetic to find ONE person on duty. We were unable to schedule an appt online for a reasonable early am appt during the time period indicated by our PCP so went in as a walk in. After waiting 40 minutes I got the attention of the one employee who did not want to bothered to speak to me but I persisted and was told there are NO appts until next week. I checked and all are too late in the morning. Went to Malta urgent care, had a short wait and was treated with respect by professionals. PLEASE don’t give this place your business when they obviously don’t care about you, your time or medical conditions. My husband and I need regular lab work and we will never return to this place.

People who work here are EXTREMELY rude- it’s shocking. With the shortage of healthcare workers employers can’t afford to fire workers so they can act however they want. It’s really awful when you’re already so sick and have to deal with rude and mean people. Can’t wait to change insurance so I never have to go to quest again.

Had two tests done by two different doctors. They drew two tubes but only did one of the tests. Called customer service, they told me the second test was never done and I had to go back in for another draw - UNSAT!

Isabel is very rude and lazy. She only takes appointments and says she can only take walk-ins if someone cancels their appointment. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she doesn't have one. Don't go here for walk in and good luck with the dragon lady

Blasting the AC so hard I had to wait outside. It’s 73 degrees outside and it feels like winter in your building. Uncomfortable for patients that have to sit and wait for your slow system. Additionally, there was only 1 employee working during my visit and she was completely ignoring walk-ins, not even acknowledging us to say how long it would be. She had no problem stopping everything she was doing to help someone make an appointment though (which she told everyone else they had to do online) which is time she could’ve been doing more blood draws. After helping just about everyone else in the waiting room, I decided to leave because it became clear the employee was helping literally everyone except me. 45 minutes wasted. I’ll be re-sending my lab work to just about anyone else at this point. Utter incompetence for a blood draw, I understand why your reviews are so poor now.
