Have now had 2 separate poor experiences with this place. The last was yesterday and honestly really disappointing. As I came up to the pharmacy a the man being attended to left complaining loudly which made me feel badly for the people behind the counter. Well let me tell you after another 8 minutes waiting for 1 woman to be waited on while 3 people ignored me I realized maybe these folks don’t care about their customers and left. I finished my shopping and saw that the lady standing behind me when I left was STILL at the pharmacy! Do better please.

This pharmacy has the most compassionate kind, and understanding employees, most of them, not all of them. Last week I suffered from a heart attack, which led to the finding of a huge mass in my lungs. The pharmacist knew I needed new meds, along with my monthly meds. She was patient with me and had all my medications ready for my husband to pick up. I am grateful for them making all this go smoothly, during this very difficult emotional time for me. The other pharmacist does not like to listen to customers, if you are right, wrong, no matter what the issue is. She will not listen to you. She repeats one sentence and then walks away. People need to be listened to and not disregarded, as if you don't care and have no time for them. She needs to learn common manners. I found this very disrespectful and rude. Thus, the reason I took two stars away.

I'm not usually one to complain, but as we entered PriceChopper and started shopping, there was a construction worker using adhesive that was so strong that it was burning our lungs upon leaving. The smell was throughout the whole store, and it made us very sick. This isn't the first time they have subjected customers and workers to harmful situations during and after store hours.

Price Chopper in Malta has been becoming a Mkt 32 for a very long time. No one seems to know where anything is, as they are constantly moving things around the store. They also are understaffed in checkout lines. Today, I went looking for Sun Chips and they had none. I had to ask for a second item at "Customer Service". The person left his station to help me look. We went to where it used to be, where I had already looked..No. We went to the other end of the store..No. He then took off on a dead run back to the service area and proceeded to ignore me while waiting on other people. He had no backup (staffing issue) and didn't offer even an "I'm sorry I couldn't help you" . We all have problems at work, but some little courtesy goes a long way.

Came to get some steaks for mothers day. Didn't have any t bones but said it would be at least 15 minutes before they would be able to cut some even know thete was any one in front of me . I am am tired of there there shifty service at there deli seafood and butcher shop. Used to shop here because Golub was local but am done with this and will be shopping at other grocery stores other than Price Chopper

Worst "fresh pizza" ever. A few months ago we got a large pizza. It was okay. I mean, NOTHING special, and that was even after hubby adulterated it with more cheese, veg, and some extra meat. Today, hubby came home with a "fresh" pizza and it looked awfully dry. So hubby tried to add some homemade (from homegrown tomatoes) sauce, extra cheese, etc. and then baked it as instructed. The toppings, what there were of them, were ok, but there was woefully little sauce. That pie was DRY even with the extra homemade sauce!It was DRY!!!! I mean like the Sahara. Normally a crust is "thin and crispy" or "thick and chewy". Um. no. This crust was "thick as cardboard" and less tasty than cardboard. AFTER we added HOMEMADE sauce and extra toppings. Sure, this "pizza" is about $11 compared to $25 for a similarly sized pie from a "real" pizza place, but I will NEVER, EVER buy this "pizza" from Price Gouger ever again.I will HAPPILY fork out more than twice as much for THREE TIMES better pizza that I do not have to spend time and money trying to "rehab" to make it edible.

This store in Malta is totally under stocked and very frustrating. I wish I took a photo. The ONLY choice of eggs were Eggland Best. Also, the yogurt area was bare among other areas within the store. I do realize during this time it has been difficult to get help; however, I went to the Clifton Park store same day and there was a significant difference. I was able to get everything I needed. Seems to me the Malta store is at the bottom of the delivery list.

Not a fan of e coupons. Have to download an app. Then sign up. Difficult for seniors who might not have a smart phone. So I guess they’re unable to save $$. What happened to paper coupons or just put the item on sale for everyone to save.

Ellen, the pharmacist at Price Chopper, is a lifesaver. I was flustered because we could not get an important seizure med for my dad. He had been in the hospital for 7 days due to a severe seizure. We were sent home in this medicine but had not been able to get it for over 48 hours. I was worried he would have another seizure. Many other pharmacies were not able to get it. She was able to find some of the medicine and patiently walked me through all the steps needed to have the rx moved over. I am very grateful for her patience and her ability to find this for us.

I said I wasn't going to come back to this store and today I was reminded why the service in seafood was horrible. The representative was so rude to me her voice, her facial expressions and her body language was just rude. I'm done here

I do usually leave any comment on any businesses but I have to do on this one.was there on 5/5/2021for just a refill a propane so I paid for and the guy told my go around the building we be there in a minute.So I drove and waited 10 minutes and I called the store and they told me I am sorry I will call someone so wait another 10 minutes and no one showed up.Finally went in store and ask for refund.it's disappointed for such a high class super market and low customer service.

Called in my blood pressure medicine refill Thursday afternoon was told it would be ready by 3 pm Friday. They decided I didn't need my refill on friday and didn't fill it.

Why don't your hours listed here indicate that you All go to lunch at the same time, so the entire pharmacy is closed?
