“I'd say there was nothing to improve. The associate Nathan was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I was able to go into the store, actually touch what I was looking for so I could choose exactly what I wanted, set up both devices and put case and screen protector on my phone as well as order the screen protector and the keyboard accessory I wanted for the iPad Air I brought home that day. I was not able to accomplish any of that in the 2 visits I had at the store that was in my immediate area. I was very happy with the fact that a store 20 minutes away from me was able to get me everything that I wanted”

“Fabolous time today at the store with the manager Malaina! Went in to pay my monthly payment and add a line for one of my kids, ended up getting 2 great for their age cell phones for my kids, cases and all and still saved $180! Just an all around great experience even with my kids driving me crazy. Seriously if you need to save (and who doesn't) go see Malaina ASAP”

“Even though they had nothing in stock that I needed, the staff was very polite. They should let their corporate manager know that they need to have more supplies in the store if they expect them to make sales. It doesn’t seem like Tmobile wants this store to succeed.”
“This review is for the Spectrum tech I initially talked to his name was David. He identified the problem and got me started on what I would need. The tech at the Spectrum store in Glenville NY was 1 in a million. He showed us exactly how to set the new Wi-Fi. I came home and got it done this was 1/25/24 at 6pm. I didn't catch his name. He was so helpful .”

“Jay W was great to deal with. Getting a new phone and he explained options clearly and honestly. He went beyond by switching over all my apps and data on to the new phone. It took a long time(>2 hours) but he stuck with us through the whole thing!”
“Came in right at opening and there were already a number of people waiting to get service. The check in computer wasn’t working but the employees went with it. Got all set up with a new modem and router.”
“You never know what kind of service you’re going to get when you walk into a store with an issue…but I was lucky enough to get Josh W. today - who not only helped us figure out a complication in our past billing history that we never would have been able to without his persistence, he could have pushed us onto someone else who came in to relieve him of his shift, but he stayed over an extra hour because he wanted to see this through. After that issue was done we had another issue that we said we could wait on line again to address and he insisted he take care of it right away for us. We were probably in the store for about two hours and our 8 and 4 year old were able to be entertained by the iPads available- just walking away from this experience feeling INCREDIBLY grateful for people who care about the service and experience they provide. THANK YOU JOSH a million times over for going above and beyond - and taking the time to leaf through so many things to figure out where the problems came from.”
“I'm guessing most of the one star reviews are from people who just showed up expecting to be helped right away. You need to make an appointment. Download the app, pick a time, check in at the kiosk up front, and relax. I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes, which doesn't seem unreasonable to me.”
