Icky. 3 employees at the front desk when we checked in, just taking to each other, not the customers. (Evening)
Waste of money for the employer. Hire one or two, instead three to do NOTHING. Pathetic employees.
Walkability: Zero walk ability, you have to drive to get anywhere

Was quiet on a Thursday, parking lot filled on Friday but it wasn’t crowded or uncomfortable feeling. It’s so easy to get- right off the highway. Rooms were very clean , (we had )1 bed, nice wrap around the corner sofa , great shower with huge shower head…fresh delicious apples ? always available as you go out the door!
Noteworthy details: Tremendous amount of seating throughout breakfast area all the way across through front lobby & seating area- with booth type areas, couple tables, single chairs with solid geometric tables. While an open airy soace, it also felt fairly private and welcoming.

Nice place to stay. Pleasant staff. Any issues get resolved quickly without Hesitation. (Key card refused to unlock the door. Attendant made new keys without issue.)
Rooms: I have very little needs when traveling alone, so the room was fine.

Stayed here for 3 nights while celebrating birthday - great location to get to the race track, the state parks, and even lake George. Easily able to get on and off highway.
Free breakfast was okay, definitely had better from a hotel.
Rooms were clean. Gym was functional. Had a peloton and weights we used.

Recently stayed here with my in-laws and family staff was very great , especially the shuttle bus driver Malcom! He got us to the track swiftly safely he also open door for us that was very sweet , the breakfast was phenomenal all you can eat were from Virginia so this breakfast was a good impression for first time coming here ,
I really wanna thank the staff for the great time we had staying there 5 stars ⭐️

This hotel housed me and my family back in 2019 when we had a big problem with our house. The staff was wonderful with understanding our uncertainty as to how long we were going to be staying. The rooms were cleaned as often as we asked, and the food in the bar in the lobby was great too. The gym was always clean and the indoor pool/hot tub was a nice touch too

This hotel is about 15-20 mins from downtown Saratoga so be aware. Our stay was good though the room was good and clean! I wish they had streaming to the tv it’s always a nice addition. There is a pool and hot tube and small gym but it was nice was able to use those amenities are stay.

They double charged me 438$. I made them aware of this on Sunday and it is now Thursday and still haven't gotten my money back

When I checked-in, it was JACOB manning the Front Desk.
He was "very friendly & nice", which made my stay really pleasant!!
I keep looking for him, but only seen him twice - it is always nice to be with someone who makes U feel happy & appreciated!!
There were 2 female staff, not so nice.
Buffet breakfast was fine, could have been improved.
Selection composed of Scrambled Eggs, Hard-boiled Eggs, small-sized Pancakes on the weekend, Sausage links, Bacon alternate every other day, theres a liquidy stuff I dont know what it is; U make your own oatmeal from the pouch, there milk (its not in individual tetra packs), but in a pitcher;; Sourdough sliced bread, Wheat Bread, Orange & Apple Juices, Bananas, Cut fruit, Green Apples wrapped in cling-wrap, Coffee, Hash Browns.
What blew the experience was on my 5th day, there was NO WATER! Did not get to shower nor wash-up!!
Tried calling 3x, using the room tel., NOBODY cared to pick-up the tel.!!
Every attempt to call, no one picked-up!!
I decided to check-out & used water from a bottle to brush my teeth...
When I got to the Front Desk, & inquired why theres nobody picking-up the phone calls as I tried calling 3x, she said the tel. was not ringing!! Which was UNBELIEVABLE!! Then I asked why theres no water & the female staff there at 1155am said that they did not know the city was going to work on the water pipes - which is ALSO UNBELIEVABLE!! U would think the city would inform the area of a water interruption, to give a heads-up to businesses & residences!
My room was clean.
I liked my room!
I was attending a conference & flew-in from Canada.
I stayed 5 days, 4 nights.

I had a four night stay here over Memorial Day weekend and had a great stay! The room and facilities were clean and breakfast had a nice selection (standard but good). The staff here is really helpful and very friendly - we had a snafu with our room keys (keep away from key fobs and phones) and it was quickly resolved.
Location is about 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga, very convenient and easy access to the highway.

This was a nice hotel with a bar, restaurant, large room with fold-out couch, friendly staff, and a great hot continental breakfast. Located conveniently between several popular destinations and right off the highway, yet tucked back and surrounded by trees. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
Rooms: Very spacious and clean. Our sink was outside the bathroom and the toilet and shower had a door for privacy but it was small in there and nowhere to place clothes for dressing in there - a bit of a funky set up and wouldn't work if you were a larger person who was rooming with someone you would want privacy from while changing clothes.
Nearby activities: Drive just a few minutes and you're in the heart of Saratoga or Malta.
Safety: Felt very safe here!
Walkability: Can't walk to anything but that's not necessary since there is a snack bar and restaurant in the hotel. I did get some late night snacks one night and they were PRICEY, but that's what you get when you don't plan to have snacks on hand.
Noteworthy details: The Hyatt seems to be the best bang for your buck in the area.

It’s a dated hotel. But what they lack in modern hotels the workers here are AMAZING. Friendly. Hard working. And always an ear to listen. The staff here always makes time to make sure each guest is made to feel welcome. Fresh cookies help as well.
If you have business in the capital region but don’t mind a drive and peace, quiet, and serenity, this place is for you.
