Good old fashioned customer service! Dale was so helpful and friendly and went out of her way to help.me find packaged Christmas cards. When we didn't find them on the shelf, she went out of her way to open up several.boxes of shipment to find what i was looking for! Thank you Dale! 😊

I usually avoid these types of stores, but I needed some inexpensive items for a Halloween costume. I was so surprised. The store was very well organized and clean. It appeared adequately staffed. Such a pleasant surprise!

Usually service is decent at this place. Not any more. I'm not the kind customer that expects red carpet treatment. I get that it's not a great job and I am polite to everyone but what has happened to basic customer service? No greeting as I was at checkout, no thank you for your patience after I waited for several minutes for the only other customer in the store besides me had to return many items. The 'manager' who trotted over to help cashier Sal was incredibly rude to her. Another employee was buzzing around and never offered to open the other register to check me out. No thank you, have a nice day. Nothing. Do better.

The manager, supervisor, whomever, started screaming at the only cashier. Apparently the computer was acting up??? This cashier was just doing her job. The appropriate thing to do was to get her butt out of the office, and talk to the cashier quietly. When she did get out of the office she was still SCREAMING at the cashier regarding an order that she shouldn't have rung up.
Please fire her, or demote her. We left our items on the counter and walked out. We won't be back of that's the way she treats employees!!!

This store is a mainstay for all kinds of things one need and only pay 1.25 for most merchandise. However they have a hard time staffing this store and don't employ enough people. The long term people are hard working but certainly don't enjoy working there. The rest mostly middle aged ladies can be found outside smoking. When they aw working it's not much in the way of effort or politeness. Not all Dollar Tree Stores are like this but........

This Dollar Tree has one major flaw. You cannot wheel your cart to your car. I had 4 heavy bags of items and I had to make two trips to my car. Not exactly customer friendly.

Nice and clean! Lots of room but the quality of goods has went way down. Bought a plastic container, and it was literally bending with 4 things in it.

They will leave you standing at the register, items on the belt and tell you they will be right back. The register light is on and you wait. Another staff member opens a register and you watch everyone flock to that one while you watch your cashier blow up balloons. When you have the audacity to ask what is going on they give you a dead pan look. It took me repeating the question three times before he was sent back to ring me out and close his register. He expected me to wait there, watch everyone else come and go or take all of my items off the belt, back into the cart and go get in another line and wait some more while he blows up balloons. I am absolutely gob smacked how not a single person in that store gets it. Common courtesy came to this dollar tree location to die apparently.

Very clean and nicely laid out. The employees are very nice. But I have found they are randomly not open during normal hours.

Don’t Even waste your time trying to go here!!! They close an hour before closing time I have tried to go here three times in two weeks take my baby out of the car to only discover again they aren’t open at 11 am on a Monday or a Saturday or 7 pm on a Thursday!!!! Online says open the door says they should be open and guess what?! They’re closed…. They need to shut this store down and put something that is going to be open seeing how Malta has very limited stores
