Huge thank you to Arnoff for their help this week!! We were offered a donation of gently used office furniture and Arnoff saved the day by getting it to our office! Amy was amazing about coordinating the details of the move, and Jeremy, Henry, and Sean were so careful and professional with the move. We always love working with Arnoff because they always do a great job!

One star is probably too much. They charge a lot for terrible service and late delivery. If you manage to get someone on the phone, they're rude to you and don't help even though you're the paying customer. We wish we'd used someone else for our move. So does our furniture.

I want to give a shout out to Arnoff Global Logistics. I work for The New York State Department of Health and we utilize Arnoff at least 2-3 times a year for a variety of moving/logistical applications.From the logistics coordination of Amy and Todd to the expedient and professional moving staff of Damien and his team, all have displayed the utmost in dedication to our purposes in supporting the agencies that rely on us. This is especially notable in a day and age where great customer service proves to be lacking.Arnoff has always been a pleasure to do business with.Thank you all for providing your invaluable services that has always gone above and beyond expectations.

We have had several experiences with Arnoff - all have been negative.When we ordered cabinets at Home Depot, they canceled several scheduled deliveries, they were not helpful when called, they delivered several pieces broken, then misplaced several at their location.Weeks later, we received a double shipment of more broken items that they had found in their warehouse.We then ordered something from Wayfair and Arnoff scheduled a delivery for us. Arnoff canceled the day off - after arranging to be home. They rescheduled for the next day, and they canceled again.Still awaiting our package.

The local Arnoff Logistic Coordinators are always responsive and pleasant to work with, even with last minute changes to a given shipment or inspection of equipment. David and Amy communicate well as a team and have always provided the information needed in a timely manner.Having utilized the Rigging/Crating Team for the past 3 years, Billy and his team have been instrumental with getting the Semi-Conductor tools prepared for shipment. They have been great to work with from gathering the necessary tool dimensions to build custom shipping crates, to physically rigging/moving the tool from a cleanroom environment to the dock, to crating & securing the individual components, and finally getting the tool shipping out.I look forward to our continued partnership and success.

I used Arnoff for work where I had to perfectly time a large pickup and delivery due to unique site requirements. I cannot overstate the critical nature of this shipment, and that it be performed as requested. Amy did a fantastic job coordinating with me and other internal corporate resources, and Juan's delivery to the target location was very punctual and he communicated with me as needed. PERFECT!!!

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Guys were professional and made sure we were happy with their work. Our team consisted of Jeremy, Gabriel and Sam. They often checked in to be sure I was happy - even assisted with some placement questions! Moving is so overwhelming and this team made it so much easier for me! I highly recommend!

Arnoff did a great job in helping FOCUS Greater Syracuse move out of our old space and into our new space in a different building. Despite some unexpected challenges, the movers were very efficient and friendly. The move was completed much sooner than we had expected.
