My mother and aunt stayed the night and they say was not bad.they got to have there cat and dog with them.
Rooms: Looks clean.
Food & drinks: They had breakfast.

I had a great experience from the booking process to check out. I had to make accommodations for a late check-in due to travel. From the 1st phone call, they were pleasant and ready to help. They reassured me it would not be a problem and suggested what else I could do to make the process easier. They even offered to book over the phone by choice I booked online simple and quick. I did call back because my travel left me checking in after midnight(3 am(later than what I initially discussed) I was reassured that would not be an issue the desk is 24/7 and for reassurance she made a note in my reservation. During this, she saw I had a card on file (during mobile booking) and mentioned that I could even call the day of my travel and do an auto check in since I was not arriving until 3am. This meant after a day of travel I just had to show my ID and not go through the whole check in process Yes, that was also a breeze took maybe 5 minutes. Upon arrival (3am) I was greeted with a smile and given my ?. Room was big, had a microwave, mini fridge, and bathroom essentials including a hair dryer. I had NO problem sleeping in day one (walls were thick) As I left my room cleaning was 2 doors down, singing and having a good ol time doing her job and I never knew till I opened my door. (she was awsome) I missed complementary breakfast day 1 but day 2 got some ☕️ ? ??! My exits and returns were always met with hellos and have a good day. I travel frequently and these accommodations are definitely in my top 5! Your staff was amazing and helpful! Rooms and hotel clean.

Rooms were clean
The staff was nice
Breakfast was decent, and I found a green fuzzy orange.
Everything worked, but a single lamp.
The bed was as hard as a rock.
We were actually going to stay another night and drive out in the morning but decoded to leave at 6pm and drive all night instead of sleeping in it one more night.
Neighborhood is sketchy. some bad characters hang out at the liquor store in the other end of the parking lot.
Rooms: Rooms were clean
No signs of bed bugs or anything nasty
The sheets and towels are amazingly white.

The RedRoof Inn and Suites has become my home away from home. I always know when I visit family I have a place to stay. All the rooms are clean and comfortable, the coffee is always ready! ? The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Most important to me is that my pet is always welcome. ?
Rooms: I have been staying in this hotel back when it was a Super 8. Hotel More then 20 years ago anyway and Oh…. All the rooms are so well taken care of, they are fresh, clean and inviting. If you are visiting in Saranac Lake, Plattsburgh, Malone or the surrounding area there is no better place to call your “Home Away From Home” than the Red Roof Inn & Suites on Finney Blvd, Malone NY. Check it out! ?
Safety: I stay in a deluxe or suite on the 3rd floor. I love the safety and security that brings me as I always travel alone with my pet.

Right at the edge of entrance to town with tall brightened colors to stand out from the generic bland of colors that surrounds the building. Their parking lots are always clean and they take very good care of stray animals too. I haven't stayed there enough to write a review about the inside Experience, but the lobby and staff are great and I don't feel like they came to work to harass customers.
Walkability: Really findable and reachable from any entrance into town.

Typical Red Roof Inn that you would find most anywhere, minus the fact that I could hear dogs barking which I haven't noticed staying at other locations. Unfortunately the parking lot needs attention as there was piles of dog waste behind the building.

This place is in a convenient location, is clean, quiet, and well managed. They have both a Clipper Creek, and a Tesla Destination charger. I like that I can walk to a grocery, pharmacy, and some fast food joints.

We usually avoid Red Roof due to bad past experiences, but this stay was amazing! The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had plenty of parking and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here with family and friends and my dog. It was awesome! They are very accommodating. The staff was friendly, and welcoming! The rooms were clean. Coffee available 24/7. Our stay was wonderful ! Would recommend if visiting Malone NY area.
Walkability: Every store, fast food place, gas, walgreens etc all your needs are well within walking distance or delivery :)
