First time coming here and had a great experience. Neil was awesome and took care of my car needs. I got alignment and he let me know a front rod needed to be replaced.

Took vehicle in for an alignment. Had to take it back a few weeks later because alignment was not right. After 2 trips to Malone and over $250, alignment was STILL not right. Had to take it to the dealership to get it done correctly for half the cost.

Beyond EXTREMELY happy with the service and customer care. Very knowledgeable and personally friendly. I haven't come across this type of establishment sadly in years. I'm so glad good business people still exist. Will definitely be getting all our business from now on.

This is a great shop that cares and will do the job right. I brought in my box truck. The technician asked if it was loaded as it usually is, it was not, I had some extra heavy stuff in the far back. He let me to unload it at our job 20 minutes away and come back so the alignment would be more accurate. I was already a bit late for my appointment and he let me screw up his schedule even more to do things right. And he was in a positive mood about it. Very caring people and their good vibes made my day even better!

They aligned our cars in a timely manner, we had front-end work done , the cars were badly out of alignment, I also found out they have a new product to under coat older automobile.
