For the most part they carry a wide variety of health and beauty products as well as gifts. There are some things that a drug store should carry and they don't such as eye wash, and goody powders.

This store was absolutely unwilling to assist with the covid-19 booster and shingles vaccine. The website would not allow family scheduling and the store was not willing to accommodate the request over the phone. Very poor service and I will seek assistance from your competition.

I always receive very knowledgeable, polite, helpful & friendly service at the pharmacy where I typically ask questions & require assistance. The few times I've needed help from other floor or check out services they're also friendly, helpful, & usually knowledgeable. They often have interesting gift items so I enjoy perusing their Hallmark + card selections & both holiday & seasonal tips gifts or smaller home items.

Frustrating experience at the east-side Kinney in town. They didn't let me know that my prescription was out of stock until I went back to pick up when they said it'd be done. Then, they couldn't find the prescription in their computer and claimed it was at the store on the other side of town. Not so...turns out they had just spelled my son's name wrong. The second time I went to pick it up they claim they don't participate in the GoodRx program that lists them as a retailer who does. No prescription for me!

I've been using "Uptown" Kinney Drugs for the last 15 years. Tonight I went to pick up a prescription that my new doctor called in only to find out he called it in to the other Kinney's. The pharmacist let me know if I didn't mind waiting a few minutes that they would fill the prescription right now and I wouldn't have to make the trip downtown. I waited just a few minutes and I was on my way without a second trip. That is customer service at its best! I will continue to be a loyal customer hopefully for another 15 years.
