Great deal for Montreal residents, it’s just an hour and a half drive. Great deals at IBC with variety of brands and options. Guess what Canadians! IBC accepts Canadian dollars so you don’t have to worry about exchanging money there. Tbh it feels like shopping in Europe ☺️.
The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable of what you need and suggesting other alternatives.
I will definitely be going there again but with my gang .

Fix your hours on your damn website, drove 2 hours down to the store for it to be closed and the sign said hours nowhere on the internet

Worst place to return items. I’ll never spend a penny here again!!! Customer service is a joke and manager sucks. I spent hundreds of dollars here and deserved fair trade but they refused.

Horrible return policy. Customer service sucks and manager is horrible. Spent $200 on heated gloves and because the charger and batteries wasn't in the box they wouldn't let me return. Everything else was there just not the little boxes. Manager was worst one I've ever come by. I spend hundred dollars here throughout the year and I will never spend another penny. Now I'll stick to Amazon!
