I’m really glad I listened to my gut when I felt the price they were offering me to trade in my iPhone was low and I walked out. Went home, logged in to Verizon and found they would offer me nearly DOUBLE to do the trade in online. Unbelievable! Check info online before coming in and settling for less of a deal. He also told me at the store that I couldn’t use our Verizon credit card points towards my new phone but I was able to online without any issues.
