I HAVE A UPS STORE ON RT 6 MAHOPAC NY and in Naples Fl airport pulling rd. I must say …whomever does your hiring does an unbelievable job! These guys and gals are fabulous! In particular….i was just at my Mahopac store and Julio, as always, went out of his way to help me. He is pleasant, kind, helpful, patient and very efficient! I would appreciate you acknowleging him. He is another wonderful representative of UPS SORES! I would appreciate receipt of this survey.

Says they’re open 10 to 3 on Sundays, but the sign in the window says closed extremely misleading and inconvenient. Do better.

randomly one day decided not to open on sundays. High chance they dint even notify UPS to update their store hours.
Google maps is one thing but it even says on ups site their open on sundays...

Here at 8:23 am. The sign in the window says Friday hours begin at 8:00 am, yet no one is here. Frustrating and disappointing. I hope everyone is okay.

3rd time I've showed up after looking at the hours online and the store isn't open. Google says 7:30am, the sign in their window says 8am. Showed up at 7:50am, stood outside until 8:05 and unfortunately I had to leave. Frustrating because I don't live close by and that was the only time I could make it. Will be giving the the Brewster location a try going forward

Website says open at 10am on Sunday. Sign on door says open 11am on Sunday. As of 11:20 am it is still not open.

If you need to send a package and live within or near the area....I'd say even if you live a bit farther it's worth driving here! Send your package here!! Oh my gosh I've never experienced this kind of professionalism and attentiveness in a package/shipping center....I was shipping something of personal and sentimental value over seas to a museum with limited open hours. I tried 6 places in the area Axel and his team were the only ones who could give me answers on custom duties, taxes/Insurance etc....delivery answers he called the UPS in Spain to double check etc...i mean I was taken back by him and his teams quality and again professionalism and patience with me!! I was nervous bc of the over seas shipping yet he took the time to answer and check into my many questions:) thanks you guys!! I will be going out of my way to give these guys business and know your package no matter the sensitivity or destination will arrive safely!! Many stars for these guys!!!!
