Highly recommend Sam’s Floor Covering! They are a 10 out of 10 in everything they do! I recently bought a new construction townhouse in which carpet was installed on the second floor; my husband and I wanted wood flooring but our contractor was charging astronomical prices…forget about staining them too! We called Sam’s, not only were their prices more than reasonable but the selection of flooring was fantastic. Lots of options to choose from! We are so pleased with the work they have done to our new home! They work in such a timely fashion, they were professional, clean and communicative throughout the entire process checking in with us each day until the job was complete. I also had a special request midway through the job to save a piece of my carpet for a family member who needed it and they had no problem re-seaming it to the size we wanted, binding the edges and cut our padding to the exact size as well! They truly are the BEST! I will absolutely be using them in the future for any other projects we take on in the house!! Thank you Sam’s Floor Covering for the outstanding work you have done, and a special shout out to Al who helped make all this happen-we absolutely LOVE it!

I went to Sam’s tile as it was highly recommended by my contractor as a place “to get quality tile and good service”, and I’m glad I did. I was immediately impressed by their selection as they offer a huge variety. Sam’s can accommodate any style. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I didn’t feel any pressure during the selection process. When I did need help, everyone was knowledgeable about their products and the remodeling process.

We would like to say what a pleasure it was to work with Sam’s Tile, Kitchen & Bath, and in particular our designer, Howie Gilmore. Howie was great during the entire process of our recent kitchen remodel, and went above and beyond to help and guide us. He gave us great ideas, was patient and accommodating and completely went to bat for us with the manufacturer when we hit a stumbling block with our cabinets. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and are so grateful for his help throughout the process. We completely recommend Howie and his team at Sam’s.

When searching for tile in Westchester, there was no better selection for our kitchen reno than Sam's. Big shoutout to Vin who not only found the perfect tile from his unbelievable selection but also, stood behind his products as a true professional. I would highly recommend this tile store.

My husband and I were remodeling our bathroom and had some ideas from Pinterest. We brought our pictures into John and he matched our vision spot on. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even during the pandemic he took his time to make sure we got the bathroom that we envisioned. I would recommend Sam's Flooring to anyone wanting to do some home improvements.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. We ordered tile from them which was delivered a full week after we were told it would be, and we didn't even receive a call advising us that the tile hadn't arrived. Then, after we finally picked up the tile, the day we were having it installed, we realized that it was the wrong color. I called Sam's and spoke with Mike, who told me that it wasn't his fault that the tile was not correct, that he would certainly not be able to correct th

He took no responsibility and I received no apology for the mistake. After Mike interrupted me over and over again and ultimately hung up the phone on me, I called back and asked to speak with the supervisor, John. I started to explain the situation and he also interrupted, telling me that he already knew what was going on and "didn't need to hear it again." He then hung up on me several times as well. These people lack basic customer service skills and even common human decency. There are plenty of other places to buy tile around Mahopac, don't waste your time or money on this place!!!

I had an awesome experience. John B. was so knowledgeable & professional in helping me with my project. He guided me honestly. This is one stop shopping. I purchased everything from Sam's, 4 types of tile, grout, faucets, vanity, vanity mirror, sink, tub, toilet, counter top.He has quality products Kohler, Delta etc.and I am beyond pleased with my purchase. Sam's is local. I highly recommend Sam's, they have a beautiful showroom with many options.
