Howie in the kitchen department is me and my wife’s favorite person in Mahopac. We’ve never experienced such excellent customer service until meeting him and having him restore our entire kitchen. From beginning to end he made sure we were completely satisfied with every detail of our kitchen and the end result was nothing short of stunning. Everyone that entered the home was blown away at first glance at our new kitchen, and it was all thanks to Howie. Highly recommend Sam’s.

We did a complete kitchen renovation with an addition. This was a huge project but Deanna the kitchen designer at Sam's was so amazing in helping me design the kitchen of my dreams. Renovation is never easy but Deana was so patient and professional she really put me at ease and made the process enjoyable. Her ideas and design were nothing I could ever imagine doing on my own. She was creative and knowledgeable and I am very grateful to her. John Barile the owner and his entire team were amazing even when I got a little stressed. The quality of the cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets etc where incredible. If you are looking for quality products as well as quality service definitely go to Sam's

I went to Sam’s tile as it was highly recommended by my contractor as a place “to get quality tile and good service”, and I’m glad I did. I was immediately impressed by their selection as they offer a huge variety. Sam’s can accommodate any style. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I didn’t feel any pressure during the selection process. When I did need help, everyone was knowledgeable about their products and the remodeling process.

We would like to say what a pleasure it was to work with Sam’s Tile, Kitchen & Bath, and in particular our designer, Howie Gilmore. Howie was great during the entire process of our recent kitchen remodel, and went above and beyond to help and guide us. He gave us great ideas, was patient and accommodating and completely went to bat for us with the manufacturer when we hit a stumbling block with our cabinets. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and are so grateful for his help throughout the process. We completely recommend Howie and his team at Sam’s.

After all these years, finally pulled the trigger and remodeled our last original bathroom. What a pleasant surprise dealing with all the people at Sam's. Especially Mike & Nick who were very patient and helpful in helping us make selections. Even their installers were great to work with. Neat & friendly and actually showed up when they were supposed too. You don't get a feel from outside how enormous their selection is. Everything you need is in there. Great job guys and I couldn't be happier. A couple of minor things to finish up and then I'll be in for the shower doors.

Sam's is top quality in what they offer in the store and the experience of the people that work there. We have used Neil Hvolbeck twice for kitchen renovation projects and he is the best! Neil, a Kitchen Designer knows how to design a kitchen to get maximal use of space. We have chosen Plato cabinets twice- the first in a medium cherry and the second in oak. Of course, they also come in all colors and styles. www.platowoodwork.com. The construction is solid. The quality is beautiful. Sam's is one stop shopping.

The team at Sam’s tile are all professionals. They have it all covered flooring,wall tile, vanity’s and shower door.they also have a complete section just for kitchen cabinets and countertops. The whole staff is excellent
