A scam I do not recommend purchasing ANYTHING thru christina morelli online. I should have trusted my gut when I saw all these bad reviews for salon couture online. 3 years ago in feb 9th of 2020 I purchased tickets to a “learn with Tina morelli” class for 300$, it was to be had in April of 2020,COVID happened and I had to find out it was cancelled via Instagram stories. I reached out to her a few months after asking of when she can see a class happening, she said probably September. September comes I hear nothing. A year goes by and I decide to reach out again in September of 2021 because I noticed that her class isn’t even available to buy anymore and the link disappeared. That’s when I realized she deleted her Instagram and made a new one, I DM’d her and emailed her and called her salon and never got a reply so I dm’d her sister and then she finally reached out saying “there is still no date I will POST when there is one at a better time”. Having to rely on Instagram stories to see any updates. Another year goes by and nothing. I messaged again and I was told she’s recording a “video instead” and just reminded me there’s no refund policy and that I’ll get an email when she’s done. She doesn’t have a policy stating a YouTube video would be made if the class cannot be held, her policy states if the class isn’t held then you will be able to use that ticket for the next class she has. I expressed how unhappy I was and said it was false advertising, I didn’t hear back.I DID not pay 300 for a YouTube video I could have googled. It is now January of 2023 and I have yet to see that video she speaks of or have heard anything. She has my email and is fully capable of reaching out. I paid 300$ for a class 3 years ago that never happened. There’s other stylists out there who are honest educators. She unfortunately is not one of them.

The BEST hair salon I have ever been too. Tina & Alexa are by far the sweetest, most down to earth girls I have ever met. Me & my sister go for our appointments together- because what's better than a sister day getting our hair done by sisters! They are SO welcoming, so understanding & are probably the only hair professionals I have ever been around that actually take the time to understand what it is you want/ vs what will work for the health of your hair. All these bad reviews are so mind blowing- I think people just hate on them because they are so well known on social media. The first time I walked in the salon I felt like I knew them my WHOLE life. Every time Alexa is finished with my hair I am mind BLOWN by the extreme perfection of my color/ and my hair cut is always TO DIE FOR. I have never received so many compliments on my hair up until coming to their salon. My sisters hair by Tina always takes my breathe away- the gorgeous blonde she does. Tina & Alexa care so much for their clients. I would give them more than 5 stars but you can't. Don't let all the haters make your decision for you about coming to this salon- TRUST me you will NOT be sorry! :)

The hair salon of your dreams!!!!! Tina and Lex are beyond amazing ! They saved me HAIR - MULTIPLE times. The most down to earth, kind sisters I've ever met. Tina always gets the exact color I am looking for. The cut & style is ALWAYS perfect!!! They are PERFECTION !!

Love Tina and Alexa! They are so sweet and we talk like we’re friends. I literally let Tina do whatever to my hair because she always kills it. I always get asked who colors my hair because the work just speaks for itself! Read some other comments and just want to say that before i found Tina I went to MANY other salons in westchester and NYC and have paid double for the same thing and got mediocre work. Also have been asked for credit cards everywhere, this is standard in the business for cancellations and I completely understand so no issue for me just show up when you scheduled and you won’t loose money!!! :)Services: Hairstyling

If I could give this place no stars I would. First off, when you walk in.. everyone looks at you like you have ten heads. Very uncomfortable. I came into the salon showing the girls what I wanted (highlights) mind you I use to go to Tina in the past and moved and came back. She told me her sister Lexi was available to do them.I also needed to put a deposit down for my appointment. So I left. I ended up having to cancel because my mother got sick and I needed to reschedule my apt. I tried calling several times they forwarded me to voicemail. When I finally got someone to pick up and wanted to reschedule I asked if Tina can do my hair. She said no because she does not take new clients but I was not new. I then asked for an appt with Lexi, they told me since I canceled on them once I was no longer allowed to make another appointment with them and I was also unable to get my deposit back as well. They are extremely over priced when only Tina knows what she is doing. Do not bother trying to get an appointment here if you do not know them, or have been going to them because they will not allow you to go. They pick and choose.They are very stuck up and rude worst attitude from people I have every experienced and very self centered. They just want to steal your money. They think they are better than everyone else but reading some of these other reviews of bad experiences it seems I am not the only one who felt this way. They had no consideration that my mother was sick and that I had to cancel they did not care - I just don't think I fit their criteria for client that they wanted which is absurd. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I think this place is some kind of front for trafficking. $600 for full highlights, no haircut. These guys are grifters. I’m telling you somethings going on in that place.

Literally the worst salon experience of my life I spent 430 DOLLARS my hair looked exactly the same I drove over 1 hour and I i was crying in the parking lot after I called my bank to try and cancel the payment which is something I've never done before. So I ducked it up called the salon to tell them this is not at all what I asked for plz fix it and got the most nasty attitude. Unbelievable, when you own a vusiness pleasing the customer should always be number one not your stuck up attitude.

Incredible results every time!! Lexi and Tina are the sweetest, and the most talented women I have ever met. Everyone always makes me feel like I’m at home and I always get starstruck results! HIGHLY recommend them. Lexi recently did my hair and I have never been happier!!!!

Horrible experience . Price was too high for there unprofessional service . Explained multiple times the style I wanted and I was given an attitude. Would not recommend to anyone. Unsatisfied costumer .

WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE ! The employees are really rude, and they don't understand what u want. I drove about an hour to get there, I spent a lot of money, they did a horrible job, I was always very respectful and all I got was the worse treatment ever as a client.
