I am completely biased as I live in Westchester. I am passionate about collecting art, yet live in a tiny home(not those teeny homes) and have filled every inch of my walls, window sills and shelving with local Hudson Valley artists.

The Putnam Arts Council is located in the Belle Levine Art Center, a renovated space that was once the barn of a dairy farm. PAC is a non-profit cultural institution chartered by the NYS Dept. of Education in 1963. The Center offers art programs including exhibits, classes, performances and special events. The Council provides leadership in the cultural development of Putnam County through services to artists and arts organizations. The Center is a destination for artists and the community and a place to connect, create and exchange ideas.
