There's nothing wrong with it - the place is clean, the machines work, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, I just had the pleasure of visiting a new PF out of state and it had all new equipment, so there's definitely some room for improvement.

Front customer service desk area seems to wreak of marajuana .
Mens bathroom is continually filthy and smells like sewer all the time .

I like this planet fitness except for one thing, the ladies over there use way too much fabulous to clean the machines, i can’t handle that smell is way to strong. I get migraines every time they clean which is every day. I wish they can use some thing else with less smell.

The general availability of exercise equipment when I have gone to the club. The staff is pleasant, greeting me as I entered and wished me a good day when I left. There are plenty of stations with cleaning and disinfecting products to clean exercise stations when done using. My only complaint were the number of treadmills that were either completely out of service or had broken monitors.

I had a terrible experience here on Friday. My friend brought me as her guest, and once I signed in this worker that i’ve never seen before told me (in her exact words) “are you someone’s guest? you’re gonna have to go wait outside for them to come in, i can’t just let you walk up in here like that.” When in actual reality my friend was already in the locker room waiting for me AND she was signed in. Once I had my friend come out of the locker room and meet me at the desk I was then allowed to work out. That is RIDICULOUS. I’ve been coming here for 3 months WITH my friend as her guest and have NEVER experienced this. And i’ve never been told at any other facility that i have to wait outside. Keep in mind this is all at 6 AM. I will never be coming back here after that type of treatment. Whoever that woman was, she has TERRIBLE customer service skills.
