I recently purchased a new Ford Bronco from Park Ford. It was the easiest experience I ever had buying a car. The dealership is great — very friendly and very knowledgeable. My salesperson Joe Preziosi, was wonderful, and he made certain all went smoothly. They even printed my plates so I didn’t have to go down to motor vehicle and drive around temporarily with paper plates. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely buy my next car from Park Ford.

This is the place I keep coming back to. I have been to another dealership for routine maintenance and they always come back with an encyclopedia of additional work they want to do. Not here - they fix what needs to be fixed for a reasonable price and don’t try to update me for thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. I drive 45 min from CT just to come here. They are respectful, honest and I can work in the customer lounge while I have for my vehicle.
I’m not quite ready to purchase another vehicle but when I do, it will be here! Awesome job and I will definitely be returning!

The service department at Park Ford is second to no other ford dealer around. Jennifer… Jason… Fernando are really awesome…. They get you in and out as soon as possible and are always eager to help. Today I was driving my husband to pick up his car and encountered an issue with mine.
They so graciously had me wait while they fixed it. We really like them.

It's a bit of a drive for me to get to Park Ford but from the moment I called for an appointment I received a time and date that suited my needs. I arrived just prior to my time and was promptly greeted and taken care of promptly. I was instructed to the comfortable waiting area. Within thirty minutes an attendant came for me and stated they were done and where to retrieve the vehicle. I utilized my Fordpass pints and headed for lunch! Easy as eating cake!

I was supposed to get a call back about I car I was interested in they never called me back and they ended up selling the car that doesn’t seem honest to me.
