The biggest problem I had was that they were too busy to keep appointment times. Also, I rented a pretty big truck and told them I was driving to the Bronx. I think it would have been good customer service to let me know which roads I could and could not take. My initial route took me on a road restricted to the size truck I had and luckily I caught it in time.
