Booked with Nessa for my wedding hair and makeup and to say she surpassed my expectations would be an understatement. I showed her a few inspo photos and once she was done w my glam I was the new inspo photo! ? she is kind, easy to work with, and just an all around pro at what she does. Highly highly recommend!!

Everyone in the salon was very nice, but unfortunately, I got a really bad haircut. I actually went in for a blowout, and Kleida asked if I'd like a trim. Since she was nice and her hair looked healthy and stylish, I took a chance. Plus, at that point I had been growing my hair out for about a year, and I knew I needed a trim. I thought her hair-cutting process was odd, but I went with it. She had me flip over my hair at one point when it was wet, so she could cut "180 degree layers." What? Then, she proceeded to thin out A LOT of my hair when it was wet. I've never experienced that before. My hair is super thick, and it has always been thinned out after the stylist cut and then blew it out. When she styled my hair, it looked fine, so it wasn't immediately obvious that I had received a horrendous haircut. However, when I washed it, it was apparent that at least half of my hair was gone due to the extreme thinning out. I let it grow for about a month, and then I went to my regular stylist in the Bronx to fix it. My stylist was shocked. My hair was all different lengths and thinned out way too much. She had to cut several inches off my hair to get it looking normal again. I don't like leaving bad reviews; I really don't. But I felt like I had to, so I could save someone else from a horrific haircut.

Nessa and Kleida are amazing! They have been doing my hair and my daughters hair for over a year. Nessa does excellent hair abs makeup for formal occasions. Kleida is so accomodating! Highly recommend.

Kleida has been doing my hair for 16 years. She is the most talented hair dresser I know. I always leave feeling like a movie star! And every visit is full of fun and laughter. I cannot recommend Mediterranean Salon enough!!

I've been going there for 11 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Kleida gives the best cuts, creates the best colors, and she's great at updos and braids too. The salon is immaculate and she treats you like family.

Jeannie Intondi. I've been going to Kleida for 5 yrs now and wouldn't go to any other salon. I live in the Bronx and it takes 1 hr to go but it's so worth it. I get hair cut, color , highlights and keratin treatment which has improved my hair a lot . Kleida is a real artist and has such a knack for hairstyling . The salon is so nice with very friendly people and Kleida makes you feel so at home. I love it.
