“Highly recommend Sam’s Floor Covering! They are a 10 out of 10 in everything they do! I recently bought a new construction townhouse in which carpet was installed on the second floor; my husband and I wanted wood flooring but our contractor was charging astronomical prices…forget about staining them too! We called Sam’s, not only were their prices more than reasonable but the selection of flooring was fantastic. Lots of options to choose from! We are so pleased with the work they have done to our new home! They work in such a timely fashion, they were professional, clean and communicative throughout the entire process checking in with us each day until the job was complete. I also had a special request midway through the job to save a piece of my carpet for a family member who needed it and they had no problem re-seaming it to the size we wanted, binding the edges and cut our padding to the exact size as well! They truly are the BEST! I will absolutely be using them in the future for any other projects we take on in the house!! The owner, Rich was personally involved even after he sold me the cabinets and countertop. I chose to use my own contractor and Rich was very responsive. He sent us a few videos to demonstrate the correct way of installing cabinets and crown molding. I give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!”
