Has some pretty nice vehicles. We bought a vehicle from them many years ago and drove it for 6 years. Only 30 day warranties upon purchase, so you need to look carefully before you buy. Nice guys and answered all our questions . I'd recommend them.

Recently, I bought a 2010 Mercedes E350 from Hudson Valley Auto Trader after finding them online last December. During the test drive, I heard a knock in the wheel, but I assumed it would be fixed as promised, and I purchased the car. When I picked up the car I realized that the wheel noise was still present, and the lighter did not work. The sunroof only opened halfway before getting stuck and rolling back. The side windows also mimicked the sunroof. I was becoming concerned about how all these issues were missed during their check. One day, when the weather hit 5 degrees, my driver side rear door lock froze in the open position. I had to drive home holding the door closed. I called the dealer and reported all the issues, and they promised to fix them.I returned to the dealership, and one of their mechanics confirmed all the issues. He initially thought the thunk was the control arm. The managers agreed to fix all the issues and promised to call me when it was complete. However, the next day the manager called and stated that the noise I was hearing was not the control arm. It was in fact the U-Joint that connects to the powertrain. He denied responsibility for the U-joint, which needed a critical repair costing $2,000, and insisted the car did not leave the lot in this condition. He insisted it somehow deteriorated in the 2 months that I possessed the car. He also stated since I never mentioned the problem he would not accept responsibility.I reasoned with them that I am not a mechanic and could not be expected to determine each individual noise and know what was wrong accurately by ear. However according to the dealer this was the case and I should have possessed these skills. He insisted that the car had been in my possession for 4 months on March 8th which was actually 2 months and a week past the day I received it the week after Christmas. He stated that it was a used car and if the engine fell out It was not his responsibility.I returned to the dealership the next day to pick up the car and was quickly handed my keys with no paper work for the repair of the lighter, sunroof or windows or lubrication of the locks and was ushered out the door with no conversation. I attempted to question the sales associate about the situation but was unable to get far as he cut me off to the point that I was unable to finish one sentence. He explain to me that anything wrong with the car was my fault and they held no responsibility. He then advised me in front of other customers that he himself would not drive the car far, but I also had to drive an hour back home!!I took the car to be checked out by a reputable Mercedes Mechanic who informed me that the part had to be damaged in a way that would have been noticeable during inspection when I purchased the car. I was also informed the car would not pass inspection with the part in that condition which raised into question the validity of the inspection.Thankfully I have recourse. Even though it has exceeded the 30 NY State Warranty period, NY considers a car in delivered condition up to 6 months or 6K Miles. A fact most people including this car dealership do not know. And by saving the parts after paying for the repair a NY State Auditor will reinspect the car and parts and determine if the part was in that condition within the 6K miles which luckily it still is and if the inspection was actually valid, which at this point seems highly unlikely. In situations like this, it's important to remember that the customer has rights, and the seller has responsibilities. A dealership should be transparent about the condition of a car and should make repairs to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive. It's not reasonable for the dealership to expect you to have the skills of a professional mechanic to diagnose issues with the car. The fact that the U-joint was in such poor condition that it required a $2,000 repair just two months after you purchased the car raises serious questions about the validity of the dealership's inspection.

I bought my first car which was a 2013 g37x from these guys and they were beyond amazing with their service. The car was exactly as advertised, me and my parents were met with extreme kindness and everyone was extremely helpful. There was a small issue after purchasing the car as there was a small oil leak so we brought the car back to them and they fixed it up perfectly (even though the issue wasn't exactly covered in the warranty) at no charge which was amazing! They also replaced some other parts for us too that looked a little worn. Over all Hudson Auto Traders is a great business and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Bought the second car from Hudson Auto Traders last month. Both transactions went smooth. Excellent Customer service, courteous and professional. On both occasions they let me take the car to the mechanic that services our vehicles in our village for a pre used car purchase inspection. All issues were addressed to our satisfaction. I will be back when the need arises.Well done!

I decided to visit since this dealership is local and ask to see which vehicles are available for my price range. As I walked to the lot, I had to follow the salesman since he kept walking by as I spoke. Besides barley getting a hello he didn't ask what type of car I was looking for and also stated "do you need me to go with you?" ..he did not show me around the lot either. I went on my own to check out the vehicles and I quickly left after observing the over priced clunkers. Even if I ended up liking a vehicle I was not going to do business with them. Customer service is a big deal for me...save yourself time and money and don't go to this sketchy stealership. The salesman here aren't aware that lacking good customer service is a bad business practice.

The idea of having to get a new car, especially in today's world, is a nightmare. But thanks to Arthur and Chris, the actual process is not. These guys go above and beyond to make sure they have quality inventory and are so at ease, they wiped my worries away. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I recommend to everyone

I went in last week to look at a Jeep Liberty. The next day i went back to pick it up and it was ready with registration and plates. Arthur made the entire process so easy and it was at a great price too. The car runs beautifully, and I’m proud to own it! I will never get a car anywhere else. It’s so hard to find this level of honesty and knowledge of inventory. I’m so glad I travelled from Queens, New York to get my car here. Thanks again, I’ll be recommending you to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.
