Zero customer service! ITS ALL MONEY!
Awful! I was there a week ago Sunday for French SNS manicure....by Tuesday, my nails were cracking and the nail polish was peeling.. Went that same day to repair the nails...No apology. I asked to have a gel manicure instead..Nail technician was harsh, pulled my hands where I was uncomfortable...1.5 hrs later, I was asked to pay 45.00. I

The salon is under new management. the negative comments are from the past management. I have been coming here for many years. The salon is clean, the workers are professional, the owner May is lovely. I am always very happy with my UV gel manicure and pedicure. They do a terrific job.

Gave me duck nails and they feel off within a week. does not do good shaping and we’re very crooked the tired to charge me 98$ but I walked out giving a 1 dollar tip. Terrible experience and very over priced. I think they have me toe fungus……

Concept Nails is a Friendly, professional local nail spa. I know I will always get a good manicure. They are always accommodating and fairly priced. The spa is always very clean and well maintained. The owners and staff treat all their customers with appreciation and respect. I have frequently go to Cici and Anna and am always pleased with the results ??

Spent 200$ on one full set and two fills for me and my girls. Two days after leaving all of our nail polish has been chipping off. Over priced yet cheap service. Never ever again. Don’t waste your money!!

I made an appointment, but I was put on hold for 45 minutes. They just take another walking person before me? Then I had a pedicure and gel manicure. And the pedicure was very quick，like 10mins！！Also Look at the thumb. Its waste my time to get something like this. Price is too high, not worth it, won't go back to this store.

Gosh, terrible experience. I used to go to this salon every week with the old owners. NOWIt's horrible atmosphere and the cleanliness is not the same.I recommend making an appointment if you go here. The staff is not friendly. I had a pedicure & manicure and sadly will have to get a pedicure to take care of the bad mistakes in trimming my nails. I hurt. It's too bad.I don't recommend this salon. The new owner is not nice and you shouldn't leave in pain from a nail salon. I will try a salon that is in Harrison, New York.Blossom Nails which is highly recommended. ☆☆☆☆☆☆So sad ?

Extremely unprofessional. I went in to remove my acrylic tips and the nail tech tried persuading me to keep them on. Then she finally removed them by shoving a credit card under the acrylic nail to remove them. After handing a tip to my nail tech she counted the tip dollar by dollar in front of me. I also ended up with a nail infection two days later from this place. Very unhappy with this nail salon.

Horrible. Genuinely horrible. I went for an SNS manicure, the woman doing my nails was so aggressive, she rushed the job incredibly. She gave me cuts in my cuticles, i was in visible pain from how rough she was being with my nails. Then a woman asked me if I wanted a 10 minute massage, and I didn’t hear her say it was going to be $12, and I didn’t have enough money for that. So when I go to pay I had $3 less than i needed and they made it a giant deal in front of everyone in the salon. Extremely unprofessional, will never be going back.Service: Manicure
