My experience at Brighter Smiles was fantastic. It is a very professional and friendly practice. Michelle did a great job with the exam and cleaning, and Dr. Lee was very caring and informative to help care for my teeth.I’m looking forward to the next visit.

I couldn't recommend this practice anymore, ive already told my coworkers about them! They have a wonderful staff, Dr Won is so sweet and had great bedside manner. It's very nerve wracking to go to the dentist, and she made me feel so comfortable ! Highly recommend!

I am in the process of having a crown placed following a root canal. I’ve had to come into the office seven times for the same tooth. The initial filling, which was followed by extreme pain so I returned and had a sensitizing agent applied. It did nothing and I had pain for a week that I nearly went to the emergency room for; I’ve never had a toothache so bad. A root canal was performed a week later, and I made a follow up visit thinking that would be it. Apparently it took two visits for the root canal and I had to return again for a crown a week later. The crown fell out the next day. I scheduled for the crown and now I have to go back again. I’ve had a root canal before and it took two visits for the entire process, including the crown. This whole experience has been frustrating and I’ve wasted severally hours of my time going back and forth now. I just want it to be done so I never have to come back here again. Find another office. This has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had.

My teeth always look and feel amazing after a cleaning with Kevin! He is the most friendly, thorough, and professional hygienist I have ever been to! If he ever has a bad day, you would never know it! NO ONE else is allowed to clean my teeth! Dr. Lee is also fantastic! Personable, professional, and beyond knowledgeable! He takes time to explain everything in a way you can understand and very patiently addresses all your concerns!!

I've had numerous experiences with dental offices; however, Dr. Lee and his team (especially my current oral hygienist, Kevin) have been nothing but spectacular in terms of providing great dental care. If I could rate them higher, I would without even thinking twice. Highly recommend Brighter Smiles Family Dentistry for anyone looking for a great experience. I actually look forward to my visits. Absolutely disappointed and deceived. The worst dentists office I have ever been to in my entire life and I will never be back. Do not let the positive reviews deceive you like they deceived me. Unfriendly, weird, and impersonal staff. Face masks are still required at a dentists office. Makes sense.

Nice place with a good dental hygienist and the x-ray tech. Dentist normally does the least work during the visit and was the case with my visit.

Had a great first visit. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and nice. There was good availability for follow up appointments and Dr. Lee was very personable.

I went to see Dr Lee after a recommendation from a friend , the first thing I liked about Brighter Smiles was it was a small group of professionals headed up by Dr Lee and office manager Miss Mion , who I love to make laugh .I would highly recommend Brighter Smiles by far the best Dentist and staff in our area !

More than a few things I like about this place. I've been going there for a couple of years and have had multiple appointments from teeth whitening to regular checkups and such. I'm always treated with respect and gentleness. I like that they have on home renovation and building TV instead of somebody else's News Channel. I like very much that they take my medicare and they have always been very professional. Highly recommend them
