We had such a wonderful experience with Best in Backyards with the purchase and installation of a swing set. We dealt with Naim, who was knowledgable and helpful. We wanted a swing set that the grandchildren could play on when they come for visits. Naim provided options and was able to help us select a set that would suit our needs at a great price. There was no pressure and he gave us time to make our decision. We were able to get delivery and installation in a timely manner. The installers, Lone and Juan, were super nice and helpful when deciding where to place the set in our backyard. They did an excellent job installing and securely put the set together, it’s strong and it will last a long time. I’m so happy I chose Best in Backyards.

After having our shed delivered in early September, we needed a slight adjustment to one of the doors. Diego and Jose did a great job changing out a few brackets and things look great. Great customer service.

Overall a great 1st experience. The office itself is very accommodating and helpful when deciding on a purchase. Very organized and pretty quick with scheduling installation. Had a bit of an issue with the site prep for installation in which they worked with us to ultimately resolve. BUT…the reason for the 5 stars is mainly for the installation team. These guys were amazing from start to finish. JOSE & HENRY. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They immediately recognized an issue with the level of the install site. Instead of just going ahead with the installation and having the set be completely lopsided they insisted we do it the proper way and even went as far as mapping out a plan with exact measurements and configurations for me to have done.
JOSE seemed to know EXACTLY what and how it needed to be done and according to the contractor he was spot on. The install itself was like watching an artist paint a masterpiece. This thing came in a million pieces. They worked together like programmed robots to put a large set together flawlessly and in impressive time. I can always find an issue with finished work but I just couldn’t find 1 here. I am not easily impressed but wow! A+++. I wish I could have this team install everything! I will definitely make many more purchases from BESTINBACKYARDS but I will 1st request only JOSE & HENRY …that is the deal breaker.

My new shed was just delivered today. Very pleased with the product and the entire process. Naim was great to work with. I needed my old shed demolished, removed and a new foundation installed prior to the new shed being delivered. Naim worked with me and we scheduled the whole process together. All of the dates held and I even received reminder phone calls before each step. I highly recommend Best in Backyards and Naim in the office! I wish I got every team members name - because they were all great - but I'd like to give props to Willy and Gustavo who delivered the shed too.

I visited best in backyards in Mahopac NY last week and worked with Naim, he was very knowledgeable about the hot tubs I was interested in and he answered all of my questions with ease. Naim is very soft spoken and personable, and I will definitely be back when I am ready to make my purchase!

Diane in the showroom was a great help in selecting and purchasing a shed.
Williams installed our backyard shed today. He professional, pleasant and polite. Williams took his time and showed great care in making sure the shed was level and in the perfect spot.
