My salesperson Joe Preziosi, was wonderful, and he made certain all went smoothly. They even printed my plates so I didn’t have to go down to motor vehicle and drive around temporarily with paper plates. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely buy my next car from Park Ford.”

“My brake line popped while parked on a very steep hill. AAA stated they couldn't tow my Dodge Ram due to location and possibility of their flatbed getting stuck. Julio was the nearest mechanic around and thank goodness I googled his shop. This man is Awesome! Not only did he tow me out of that crappie situation but he also did phenomenal work. “Have been going to Chris and John for years for my VW 's. Totally honest and priced below our local VW dealer who are rip-offs anyway. They are way more capable than the shop techs at VW. They diagnosed a warranty sludge problem that the dealer could not figure out. So easy to work with. VW dealer makes it seem like they are doing you a favor just to make an appointment. Never buying a new VW again. Just buy used and, let these guys take it from there. Chris even found a problem deep in my dashboard that his mechanic (no longer there) from 4 years ago did not do right. I would never have known if Chris did not bring it up and he fixed it no charge.”

“Ordered single stage paint to match upper cab on Chevy truck and somehow paint color got mixed up called and left a message to see what could be done, received a call back from Janette and she made it right and had new and correct paint in 2 days. I was very happy with service and product that I emailed Janette to see if the could get me some Cardinal Red in single stage since not listed on web site and she made arrangements for that to happen. “All I can say is...WOW! This is, by far, the most incredibly positive experience I have ever had with an auto body shop. I just stopped by to see what they could do for me at a future date. Instead, without an appointment, they immediately took my car and fixed two problems with it, in an extremely timely manner. And they did it FREE OF CHARGE. How often do you here of a company being so kind to a new customer. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, and everyone had a smile and a friendly "Hello" for me. They fixed my problems in record time, and were extremely courteous. If I were to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them a 20! You really need to utilize this company.
