I just moved to a new house I have my change of address in but these jerks refuse to deliver my mail because they don’t know me. How the hell does that work. I have no vehicle right now and they refuse to deliver my mail unless I come in

Wow not open when I am getting a package. The package had to be delivered to another post office for special pick up.This is ridiculous that I have to go to another post office for pick up. I am not happy.
