Vella recently renovated a bathroom for us. Our experience with them was exceptional! After a thorough planning and design stage with Steve and David in the showroom, we decided on a bold new look. The choices were limitless and the process went smoothly. The only hard part was waiting for our turn in the renovation queue. Once the work began, Kiel and Steve did an excellent job of staying on schedule and making daily progress. Their work was thorough and interruption to our household was minimal . Cheri who handled all communication and scheduling was pleasant and helpful. We could not be more thrilled with our beautiful and completely new bathroom. We cannot recommend Vella highly enough!!

It has been a pleasure working with the Vella team on our Primary bathroom. From start to finish, we enjoyed working with all the team members! From the scheduling and communication with Cheri to the actual work done by Mike and Jake, we are very pleased with the result. The process along the way was very smooth, which included check-ins from Steve to make sure everything was going as planned, constant communication from Mike and Jake, and an occasional drop-in from Steven to help the team when needed. What stood out the most was how professional, personable, understanding, and how friendly both Mike and Jake were. We highly recommend Vella for any home remodeling projects!

This is the first time using Vella, but definitely not the last. Cheri, David, and Steve were amazing to work with. We were out of town during the project, and Steve kept us informed every day with pictures. I look forward to working with them again.

We had a wonderful experience with the Vella team remodeling our primary bathroom. From Cheri's warm welcomes to Dave and Steve's help in making our choices in the showroom, they made the process comfortable and reassured us along the way. Once the in-homework began the team was very respectful and friendly. They cleaned up at days end each time, we really appreciated that level of detail. Nick was so pleasant to work with and supportive to the project. We can't say enough about Mike's expertise in tiling, project leadership, his approachability and kindness were integral to the success and satisfaction of the final product. He did an amazing job with all of our tile work which definitely appealed to our visual aesthetic. We sincerely enjoyed this journey with the Vella team. We love our new space, especially the beautiful floor. Thank you!!

Right from the start I was impressed with Steve the Operation Manager and David the Sr. Designer. Very friendly and intent on helping us pick out what we wanted for our kitchen remodel. The selection is amazing. Once all was decided. Mike the foreman and Nick the installer went to work. Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Dan the project manager was here several times making sure all was going smoothly. Steve and David stopped in often to see how things were going and if we had any concerns. The whole team including Cheri the officer manager and Steven the apprentice went out of their way to be sure we were satisfied with everything. Highly recommend Vella Bath and Kitchen.

This is the second time that we have used Vella to renovate one of our bathrooms. Somehow, Steve and Dave's suggestions and designs made the second bathroom look even better than the beautiful first bathroom renovation. Now, the whole family fights over who gets to use the new bathroom. Kiel and Nick did an excellent job completing the bathroom quickly and flawlessly. Cheri was great at getting everything setup.
We love the shower walls made by Monroe Industries. Besides how beautiful the shower looks, it is super easy to clean since there are NO GROUT lines!
We look forward to our next renovation project with Vella! To the Vella Family, thank you for continuing the great legacy and for everything!

Vella Bath and Kitchen just finished remodeling our kitchen and they did a superb job. From our initial contact with Cheri (Office Manager) to the completion of our project, everyone we worked with was skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Steve (Operations Manager) and David (Designer) really listened to us and made design suggestions that made our new kitchen beautiful and more functional (like installing a wider counter top and finding ways to utilize the previously dead space in our cabinets’ corners).
My wife and I needed numerous visits to the Vella showroom to finalize our decisions regarding the particular cabinets, countertops, hardware, and tile backsplash we wanted, and we were always given all the time and attention we needed and never felt rushed. When it was time to make a decision about which quartz countertops we wanted, they encouraged us to go to the fabricators (which we did twice) to see entire slabs rather than make a decision based on the small samples in the Vella showroom.
When it was time for the installation, they kept us informed every step of the way. Steve, David, or Dan (Project Manager), and often all three, stopped in daily to review the crew’s work, answer our questions, and address any concerns that we might have.
The foreman of the crew (Kiel) was highly skilled and meticulous and the other three crew members, Nick, Jake, and Steven, worked very carefully and harmoniously. As promised, every day they cleaned the kitchen thoroughly before they left. They were a pleasure to have in our home.
From our very first meeting, Steve promised my wife that she would be happy with our new kitchen, and she definitely was. I would enthusiastically recommend Vella to any of our friends or family who need a new kitchen or bath.

When you work with Vella, you get a team of professionals who are committed to making your project seamless from start to finish.
Dave and Steve started the process with design and the selection of cabinets, tiles, grouts and countertops. They were exceedingly helpful and patient as I revisited every decision numerous times until I was happy with the final order.
The crew was timely, polite, and attentive to every detail. Ron was the foreman, and I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism and work ethic. The electrician (Chad) took time to find out our preferences before wiring in the lighting. The rest of the crew (Jake, the other Jake, and Steve) rotated through as schedules permitted - but each was careful, skilled and respectful.
Finally, Cherri was the person behind the scenes who kept us all coordinated and on the same page. She made it run smoothly by setting clear expectations regarding schedules and payments.
Kuddos to this group. They provided a turn-key kitchen and bathroom project that was well worth the wait (yes, there is a wait to get onto their schedule - and for good reason! This is who you want working in your home).

Ron and Jake did an amazing job on our new primary suite. They had some help along the way but Ron and Jake showed up every morning ready to work and cleaned up thoroughly every day. These guys are true craftsmen and meticulous with every detail. The management team was honest and fair- we definitely got our money’s worth with Vella.

Once again, I had a perfect experience with everyone at Vella! This time, they remodeled my second floor office into office/laundry. Steve and David came to look over and discuss options for my project in January. Project began on May 20th with Kiel and Jake. Needed plumbing and a new electrical line which Steve arranged. Kiel and Jake painted the room, installed vinyl plank flooring, cupboards and the all in one unit I purchased. It looks wonderful! I love having laundry where I make it!! This is the second time I’ve used Vella (first time was kitchen) and I wouldn’t use anyone else. You can trust them to get the job done and done right. Remember, you get what you pay for. Thank you to everyone at Vella!

This has been the BEST remodeling experience. We contracted with Vella in June 2023 and the first of 2 projects started January 3rd 2024. It was very much worth the wait. My wife was in complete control of this effort. She did get 5 estimates from 5 companies. Vella was the most complete, the most professional and was a few thousand less expensive. Steve and David at Vella were easy to work with, insuring that my wife got exactly what she wanted.The Vella crew enters the house at 7:30 am every single work day. They spread their cloths to protect our floors and get right to work. It is like clock work, no variance. We've had Kyle and Jake (from State Farm) every day. It's a consistent crew and they work all the way through. Kyle and Jake have been friendly and professional at all times. There is a lot of smiling too. They like what they do and it shows. Steve checks in almost every day insuring all is going well.They finished the 1st of 2 projects exactly on schedule. The 2nd project is on day 2 of a 3 week schedule and they are upstairs now.This morning I walked into our new master bath (my wife's dream) and was overwhelmed with how much I LOVE IT!Please do consider this review as a 100% recommendation for Vella kitchen and bath.‐-------------Adding to this review. When I wrote the review above, the 2nd bathroom project had just begun. That project also completed on time with the same crew (Kyle and Jake). These 2 really did start feeling like family. We saw them every workday for 7 continuous weeks.At the start of all this I was neutral. My wife wanted new bathrooms, she's the boss, she would get new bathrooms. I am now so glad we did this. Vella with Steve, David, Kyle, Jake, Nick, Tanner, really came through. All expectation exceeded. I LOVE these bathrooms.In the first review, I called out that my wife DID get 5 separate bids for these (2) bathroom remodeling jobs. She was consistent in her requirements, and Vella was the lowest cost by a few $thousand. To be super clear, the fact that Vella was lowest cost was icing on the cake, reinforcing our decision.1st week with both new bathrooms complete. Very happy customers!!

Vella turned our dream kitchen into reality. From the time we we walked in and met Cheri, we knew Vella was the right choice. They completely transformed our first floor, relocating our bathroom and laundry, making more room for our dream kitchen. The design Dave and Steve came up with was spot on. The team of workers Ron, Nick, Kyle, Stephen, and Jake were awesome. They showed up every day on time and quickly became part of the family. Vella completed the project on schedule and on budget. We can not be more pleased with our decision to choose Vella. We compared them to others, and bar none Vella was the best. Also, a shout out to the electician, Tanner Fox. He reworked the entire first-floor electric, replacing outdated aluminum wiring from the 1960s. We will be using Vella for our bathroom remodel in the coming months.

Thanks to Vella bath and kitchen I got the master suite of my dreams! They took a guest bedroom and made it into a master bathroom with walk in closet that I absolutely love. They were all great to work with. Ron and Nick were so tidy while they worked and were nothing but polite and curious the entire time they worked. I would recommend Vella for any bathroom remodel.

Screws over employees and illegally has people work under the table and screws them over too. Careful, you may have people working on your home who aren't insured.
