My husband called for towing spoke to the guy on the phone who said it would cost 135 for tow to garage we specified. When his employee got here he tells us no it’s 175. They do not honor what they say. I would never use them again or recommend them.

if I ever need towing again, I wI'll definitely use Todd's Towing. They were fantastic! They could do same-day towing, they were on time, prices are reasonable, and they're kind people.

I had a problem with my car’s exhaust and called for roadside assistance through my insurance company. They sent Todd’s Towing to pick it up, from my driveway, in the evening, to be brought to the mechanic in the morning. The driver that picked it up was not friendly, but that was no big deal. At 11 the next morning, I called the mechanic and it hadn’t been delivered yet. I called the insurance company, and after some time, they told me the towing company was not delivering my car because there was an outstanding invoice from the insurance company(nothing to do with me). I said- they are holding my car for ransom? The agent said yes but they were paying the bill and it should be all set, then transferred me to Todd’s. I was greeted with “hello?” This is David. Then transferred to a “manager” who said -no, the garage was not open (they open at 8am) and then said the bill was just paid 5 minutes ago.(I had been on hold for over 40 minutes at this point) He said they would deliver the car and would call me “don’t worry” when they did. I never received a call, but my car was eventually delivered around 3 pm. This caused me a full extra day without my car and I had to rent one. The whole situation was highly unprofessional, unethical and rude. Horrible customer service, and very untrustworthy. When I googled them, the 1st thing I saw was other terrible reviews. I didn’t choose them, and would never, if I needed towing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I used Todd's Towing when I was travelling out of town. They were extremely rude, argumentative and short tempered. As a woman, I did not feel safe in his presence. Shady business practices, not reliable and terrible customer service. Choose another company if you are temped to call Todd's.

Couldn't pick up my car over the weekend because he was closed. His house is across the parking lot. Then he charged me for storage for the the 2 days. $100/per day. J*******
