Great storage place, secure, clean, and large enough to swing a 16' trailer into. Only criticism is there are many lights out which can make it difficult when its dark early! Other than that it was a good experience.

Working with Gary was a great experience. My initial meeting with him was when I was looking for a space for our RV once taking delivery. He was kind, informative, and patient. Once I was ready to pick a spot and sign up, he walked through the lot with me and discussed pros and cons to each of the available spaces based on my size needs for access, backing down, and pulling out. Thank you, Gary, for everything!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is AWFUL. Overpriced and staff are extremely difficult and well, tbh, mean and dont care. I will be making further complaints, but please don't trust these people with your valued belongings.

I rented a 10x20 unit in 2010 until this December 2022. I felt comfortable leaving my property there. It was always secure and the units are very tight, so no "critters" ever invaded the unit. The people were easy to contact whenI had a question or wanted to pay for the next year in advance. In 2015, I rented a 5x10 for some additional items that I. felt was a shot term rental. It lasted until December 2022 .That unit, too, was very tight and nothing ever invaded the unit and my items were in the same shape as when I put them there. Evergreen Hills is less than 3 miles from my home, so it was easy to access at any time until I was able to utilize the items in my home.

Anyone who is looking for a storage unit, do not consider The Storage Mall. They will continue to increase prices and not do anything to update the units, plow your unit in so you cannot get to it, and will continue to take your money after you cleared your unit out. Not a good place to keep your stuff if that's how they do business and 'maintain' their facilities.

This place sucks. They don't maintain the plowing in front of their units. I was told misinformation about my payments more than once. Charged up the a** for late fees. And what's worse after I've already moved out of the unit they have the audacity to say I owe them another payment this month. This place is b******** No one is ever there and ever has any answers. I've dropped off my cash in the Dropbox and got charged a late fee for it not being applied to the account on time. Do yourself a favor and literally rent a unit anywhere else. The lady is batshit.

My daughter is renting a storage shed. The account is wrong, her account is showing she is in one unit but she is actually in a different.
