i’ve been looking for a good nail place, they’re very kind, pretty fast and does a good job at least i think. and since there my nails it doesn’t matter what other people think. but i would recommend coming here, will come back!

This was my first time getting acrylics, and they are absolutely perfect! I wish I had asked for the name of my tech, because she was so kind, thorough, and detail-oriented. I would go back to her in a heartbeat!

DO NOT GO for the pure sake of their materials. Their monomer uses an ingredient called MMA, which is illegal in the US because it can cause serious damage to the nail plate. I discovered this when trying to remove mine with a soak off. Instead of flaking off, as acrylic with non-MMA monomer does, it became gummy and started peeling off in layers. It also yellows harshly, which is another red flag, and has an odor like cat urine. I have worked with acrylic myself, and gotten my nails done at other places, and never before have I smelled cat urine in the acrylic.

Ethan is awesome, he did what I asked him to do and I even gave him the option to to what flowers he wanted to. As soon as you walk in, you fell a welcoming feeling and they talk to you as they do your nails. With a tip, these cost $78 ($20 tip) so the price is not all that bad. I would recommend this to a friend. However the "waiting area" is only 5 chairs facing into the salon. But I do recommend for people who want to get their nails done, schedule ahead because they seem to be really busy during the weekend and during the week day mornings.

I was one of their first loyal customers when they just opened up in Macedon. I had even left a raving review of praise to help them get established. After my poor experience yesterday where I was left extremely unsatisfied I am sad to say I will no longer be returning to this salon. The nail techs here unfortunately do not operate at a high enough standard to cater to someone who expects quality work for their dollar.

I spent $150 plus tips for a pedicure and a fill for me and my girlfriend. we were both extremely unhappy with the job. They did not cut her cuticles. They did not do her polish properly. It looks terrible. They charge me for extra for the cat eye polish and then tell me that they can’t do the cat eye with it on her toes, The young lady who did my friends pedicure was absolutely miserable the whole time!!! ( I want to say The young lady who did my Pedicure was fantastic pleasant sweet and did a really good job). but when I went to sit in front of my nail pack to do my bill, I noticed The woman seems like she did not want to be there. She seemed Very impatient, made me want to get out of there like I was inconveniencing her, when we did leave I looked at my friends toenails. It looks like she had done them Herself in the dark, it was halfway done, my fill looks like I needed to go back in a couple days For another one. But what really irks me The fact that I’m a busy person and I have a tight schedule I was able to make the appointment when I had free time for me and my girlfriend when I called back to get it fixed I was having trouble figuring out what would Work for me and my friend to get our stuff fixed. Like I said, I made an appointment WHEN I HAD FREE TIME, I knew my schedule was tight now I have to make another appointment at the last minute to get my stuff fixed?? Not fair!! they were nasty about it! The young lady had me send pictures and then asked me not to post them. I was. I was on the phone for five minutes with her telling me that I had to come in within the next day or 2 because they would not do a full fill for free!!! When that was exactly what she was gonna have to do because they barely did it the first time.! I suggested giving me a discount on the next time i came since it seemed to impossible for me to figure out free time for me and my friend get in there (I am her ride she doesn’t drive) We’re both single moms working two jobs. It’s not that easy to make a half hour appointment in the middle of the day and to spend that kind of money to be miserable with the outcome!!! when I figure out how to post pictures I will also also, I only post negative reviews truly when I had a bad experience!

Ethan has given me pedicures for more than 3 years. As a senior citizen I so appreciate his expertise. He keeps my feet callus free!

Ethan did a FANTASTIC job on my nails!! I suffer from palmer hyperhydrosis and I'm very self conscious about my sweaty hands. Getting my nails done is usually embarrassing because I can tell the technicians get frustrated with me however, that was not the case with Ethan. He made me feel normal and not like a burden. My nails have never looked better and I have gone to hundreds of salons. From now on, I will go to Royal Nails! Thank you so much Ethan!!

Excellent place! Scheduling is never an issue, even last minute! I always have JOY and she gives the best pedis! The massage chairs are great too!

Went in for our appointments. It's best to make an appointment. They are usually pretty busy. The techs were knowledgeable and gave us exactly what we asked for. The prices are reasonable. Take cash, it's 4% cheaper. And tips are preferred in cash. Recommend.

Went in to have a mani pedi and left very pleased! The young man who did my nails was pleasant and professional and the woman who did the pedi was also excellent! It’s been 20 years since I last had acrylics done! I’m so very pleased with my experience here and I’m planning to return for all my needs there!

This nail salon is the only one I frequently go to. All of the staff are professional and curtious. They have a large variety of colors to choose from and I can not imagine myself..due to my ingrown toenails getting a pedicure anywhere else. If you want the best customer experience and service..please visit Royal Nails..you will not be disappointed!
