I just had the most impressive experience @ Lowe’s Macedon. Amber and Saul went above and beyond to help me purchase a deck box. They actually climbed a ladder to remove the purchase and Saul helped take it to my car. Amber greeted me as I entered the store. Keep up the good work Lowe’s … customer service really matters.

Very helpful staff finding what I wanted. Great selection of flowers even better than their competitor except for Wayside across the street.

They were out of stock on about 15% of the items I needed for a plumbing project. When you try to call and get a hold of customer service their phone system is horrible. If I was a manager there I would be embarrassed. However when I did get a gentleman to help me in the store he was knowledgeable.
