I am always pleased when I go to Ken's. I was having a hard time with another local auto repair shop. They were charging me an arm and a leg every time I went there which seemed to be monthly, and they didn't seem to care what it was doing to be financially. The prices are fair at Ken's and they explain things to me and tell me what is absolutely necessary to be fixed and what can wait a little while. I love that they are honest and actually care about their customers.

If you have any auto issues I would absolutely go to and trust Ken's Auto I have brought my van in several times to have work done and I cannot express how pleased I am with their service and especially their honesty. They could have easily charge me more on a few things but they didn't . They definitely have me as a lifelong customer! Don't make the mistake of bringing your vehicle anywhere else!

Smaller shop on the edge of Wayne and Monroe counties run by a family. Very honest pricing, good comunication with the customer and high quality repairs. Skip the chain stores and let Ken do the repairs. You will not be disappointed.

My family’s been going to Ken and Zach for years and they rarely have a problem diagnosing problems and fixing them in a hurry with a informative aditude. Daily part delivery’s and exponential service from a man that has been working on cars for decades, Small shop but over the top delivery. Would recommend to anyone with problems too big or too small.
