Jennifer was very helpful and informative about my hair and what to do with it. She took her time with the color to make sure it was not too harsh and looked good on me. Very nice experience!
Requested style: I requested layers and full blonde highlights. She suggested doing low lights and highlights to balance it out.

I was looking for a new hairdresser near me and I found Jenn's Hair Care on a Google Search. I selected Jenn's based on all the reviews and pictures. I have fine thin hair and I am so pleased with Jenn's knowledge and experience with knowing exactly what cut and style would work great for me. Explained why also. I absolutely love the hair cut and style. Jennifer is very friendly and social. Her shop is not only spotless but very warm and welcoming. I felt very relaxed . So happy to have found Jenn's Hair Care! I am new to the area and had gone to the same stylist for 20 years! I was a bit nervous to find a new salon, but it has worked out great! Jenn's abilities are not in question. I've found the only drawback to using Jenn's services is the lack of follow-through with the customer. I had to reschedule an appointment twice over this last year. Although she was able to fill my cancelled appointment with another client and she promised to "fit me in," I was still waiting after two weeks. When she finally responded to my texts she said she hadn't received them. Clearly, though, she had.

Jenn was absolutely delightful! She knew intuitively what was best for my hair color (subtle highlights) and style (business casual) and went right to work. This was my first visit and I left knowing I would be back. AND her place is so clean and comfortable. She is my go-to hair salon from now on!
