All the help you want or need. Very helpful, but will give you time to browse. Service dept listens to what you need & takes care of things. Knowledgeable. Fast service. Friendly. Stop in if you need a bike or gear - won't be disappointed.

I specifically inquired about service after the sale and was assured it was excellent. Bought bike in April and everything went well. Asked for missing owner’s manual and still haven’t received it. Now my messages are ignored. A simple Owners Manual. Unreal

All I have to say, is from the minute I went into harv’s Brian and everyone else treated me more as a friend than a customer. I bought my bike without a test ride due to circumstance but Brian’s confidence and knowledge of every bike in there reassured me that I had nothing to worry about.
It has since become a place I visit regularly when I’m out and riding around. If I could do more stars I would…because they’re that good.

Always great service and helpful staff. I bought my HD out of NY state, then moved to the area and I’ve been getting service and accessories here for several years. Always pleased with the explanation of service and details on the bike. Welcoming and friendly staff.
