Extremely poor customer service. Very disappointed in how disrespectful they speak to their customers. Would never recommend. Very unprofessional. No willingness to troubleshoot and find solutions to situations that were caused by the salon.

Visited Hair Dynamics for the first time to get my eyebrows waxed, I am beyond pleased! My eyebrows look great and Michelle was extremely friendly and personable!!!!
