I’m going to start by saying I typically do not complain, I complement and don’t say anything if I am unsatisfied usually not that big of a deal. I just can’t let this go. I am very disappointed. First, you should put a statement up that kids are not allowed because I’ve come in many times with my daughter she loves her nails painted it’s a special thing for us to do together and every time we come she cannot touch ANYTHING without you telling her NO in front of everyone. She can’t move at all in chair without you saying stop, which is quite embarrassing. She is a well behaved child and very patient. I wouldn’t bring her in if she was out of control. She was trying to sit in a chair while we waited and put the arm rest down - gentle and normal just like anyone else. You immediately said “no that chair doesn’t belong to you” there was nowhere comfortable to sit and you weren’t using the chair! Second, you have minimal gel colors. No chrome, just bland flat colors. Unfortunately we won’t be returning. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome every single time. We are well paid customers and polite just like everyone else!

Had a gel manicure done but it felt very rushed and started chipping after only a week my last one from a different salon didn’t start chipping until 3-4 weeks. They also must have charged a fee for using a credit card that would’ve been nice if I had been told about before being charged.

My niece and I had mani pedi and had a great experience. Thought it was a little pricey only for the fact that she is 4 and didn't get half the amount of time on the pedicure and still was charged $5 less than what I was charged. I believe It was Kathy who took care of me and she did an amazing job ( loved her)

I was a regular with them. Last week I went for a pedicure. They normally are very sweet but the individual that does pedicures pointed towards the chairs so I began to pick a chair out. She then yelled nail polish, nail polish pointing to the wall. I said I'm sorry. They then began talking to each other laughing and appearing to mock me. I just walked out & I will never be back again.

I had my first "dipped" nail manicure 2.5 wks ago. Lovely experience, nails looked great!
I went back today and am so disappointed, actually almost in tears. I was there for gel removal and asked for a regular manicure. After removing the polish/gel/dip, the technician asked if I wanted my nails short, I said yes, see pictures. The one that is "short" I filed myself when I got home. The filing was poorly done, see pictures. Also notice my one finger, she clearly cut my cuticle incorrectly! At this point I said that it is ok I will not get polish and finish the manicure. I was charged $31! I gave my credit card and signed it and didn't check the price, shame on me. That is not something I typically do. When I got home I called and I was charged for remover and manicure. I would definitely not call my finished nails manicured.
There was another client in there that was very rude maybe that put my technician in a bad mood but unfortunately my nails/finger suffered the consequences.?

I love getting pedicures done at CT. The ladies there are very friendly and they do a great job. Th,e salon is clean, the chairs are high end massage chairs, and the ladies are excellent at their jobs.Service: Pedicure

So i went to get a full set done (acrylic nails) and she made me bleed once but it wasnt a big deal then were done with my nails everything’s fine until she hit ur hand against my nail accidentally and my real nail and acrylic came off and i cried and was bleeding because as you ladys know nail pain is a bad one. i’ll probably never go back , and i didnt get any type of refund or anything. not a good experience.Service: Pedicure
