I had my car towed to the garage. They never looked at it after 3 days. Ihad to have it towed to another garage.. The lady that answeres the phone is very rude!!;

Mack's Body Shop was able to find a rear glass for my '08 Cadillac which was discontinued by GM. I was originally turned away by Safelite because they were 'unable' to find a replacement glass. My insurance was covering the full cost of parts and labor. Mack's employees were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was completed the same day. I would say that my car looked even better when they were done! See pics. Thank you Mack's for a job well done. I recommend your business to anyone needing auto repair.Service: Auto glass replacement

The people at Mack’s were great! The services were inexpensive and they did quality work. The people were friendly and helpful and even checked some codes on my airbags for free, after another place told me $120 just to diagnose it. I will be getting all my vehicles serviced there from now on!Service: Wheel alignment

Mack's body shop has worked on my vehicles before and done an outstanding job. The work is top quality, done quickly, and they keep you informed if they find further work is needed. I'm very satisfied so, when I hit a deer this winter, Mack's was the first place I called!

they all are rude very rude. tried saying they didn't take the wheels off of my car when they did. then when i was driving my wheel came off in the road. they tried to then cover there a$$es. 0 stars dont recommend to anyone. way over priced too.Service: Wheel alignment

Took to Mack’s as a recommendation from my Dad. We did work for them 25 years ago and they were decent then. Having nothing else to go on in choosing a shop to repair my deer hit, I took a shot. Wasn’t the fastest process in the world but what do I know , it’s been 20 years since I’ve needed a repair shop. I could not be happier with the finished product. Repaired it like it never happened. If I could give this place a zero, I would be happier. They don't even deserve 1 star. I was there after a car/ deer accident in February. I was told every week, it would be done on Friday " but they never called. So the next week I would call and be told "it will be done on Friday". This went on for about 5 weeks. Finally, my husband goes there only to discover that they are unable to get a part. That's fair, supply chain issues are all over the place. But they never told us! So with in a few days, my husband was able to find the part (used).... with no help from them. But before we could pick up the used part, somehow they manged to get a new part. It was shipped to the dealership so we went to pick it up and delivery it to them so they could get it finished. This was a Thursday afternoon, we were told it would be ready by the next day. Finally, at 4:00pm on that Friday, I called. Gary was down right nasty and rude to me. I have never been so mad in my life!!! (Even my husband agreed with that). After about 8 weeks from the day of the accident, I finally got my car back. ONLY to discover they had GLUED parts together instead of installing new ones. We finally went to another shop, and they were able to repair the car in a few days. We caught Gary in so many lies!!! Just to make the point, I waited until now to write this review because I was going to be swearing like crazy if I wrote this back then. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!Services: Engine repair

They were so great! I had no idea what kind of repair was needed to fix my chipped paint, they explained what had to be done, customer service was nice and my car look great. I've never had to fix paint before and this was a great experience ?Service: Painting

Got detailing done on my Jeep. Brought it in at 9am, got back 5pm. Fair job. Ivan & Isaac in Newark much better.
