And I have to say, I really love this place and all of the staff. They're all truly amazing. The waiting room was jam-packed this busy Monday morning, but when we got into the exam room with Dr. Hamilton, the energy was so peaceful. And he took his time to examine Snuggles and talk with me. Nothing felt rushed at all. He even spent time petting and loving on Snuggles even though things were running behind. I've been to another vet office where it's completely all about business and feels cold and rushed. But Lyons Veterinary Clinic has always taken such great care, from the staff that answer phones, or at the front desk, vet techs and the doctors. It makes me cry knowing I have a reliable and caring place to take my furbabies. And I'm forever grateful for everyone and everything they've done for me.❤

It was clear today that the staff here felt the pain almost as much as we did. Our girl Lana loved everyone she met and I’m so thankful that when her time came she was around people that cared for her. Thank you for taking care of our girl and trying your best

I’ve been going to this vet for over 10 years now and within the past couple years I’ve been running into the same BS with Lyons vet as they won’t refill My Shepard’s ear or allergy medication!!!! The Dr. that we were working with previously put a “no refill” on the ear medication that he NEEDS and that vet is now retired!!! Keep in mind we were just in there last week to get him microchipped and neutered. There was supposed to be a “no questions asked” for his medications when it came time to refill. This was in place for up to a year. When the year was up we would go back in for another checkup. It has only been 8 months and I’ve had to fight this EVERY SINGLE TIME he needs a refill!!! The next step was to take my dog to Corning for testing due to exploring ALL options already with this vet and knowing that the medication he is on is working or at least helping to maintain his allergy conditions. This place is going downhill fast with the lack of communication, the lack of general knowledge of past medical history of the animals and the negligence they are continuing to display in their poor decision making.

Such a warm and loving atmosphere. The staff is wonderful, we felt extremely valued and well taken care of. We were not rushed but we didn’t wait forever either. Wonderful experience!

The Meyers family can not thank you enough for seeing one of our bostons this morning on a emergency visit. The Doctors at this clinic are very compassionate and treat us top notch every time we are there. WE LOVE OUR VET.
