If I could give Conrad 10 stars I would. If I didn’t live eight hours away from him, I would have my bike serviced only at this place. He is generous to a fault with his knowledge and skills, and should only be paid 10 times what he asks. You don’t need to go to any other bike shop. I’m not saying this for any other reason but he’s the perfect bike repair person.

I had the occasion last summer to have two of the wheels off my Tadpole Recumbent ebike repaired (broken spokes) by Conrad. He was very cordial, very knowledgeable and fast. He will be my goto guy in the future. And he is a nice pleasant bike ride east from Newfane NY.

Full service bike shop with tons of inventory and Fuji bikes and KHS bikes. Conrad is extremely knowledgeable about his products and a fantastic bike mechanic, even staying late to help us swap out a blown tire and tube. Would definitely recommend giving this shop a visit.

The young man was very helpful when I brought in a soft tire. Very small shop but has what they need. It is an Amish enterprise, but they do take credit cards.

Great bike shop. Young man there's does great work. Just needed a new inner tube but I left it with him and picked it up about 20 minutes later.Good price as well. About $18 and that included a puncture repair kit. Highly recommended.

Great little shop! Did an excellent job repairing a couple of our bikes that were in desperate need of some TLC. Reasonable cost and quality work. Would definitely recommend.
