Got my car washed here and they didn’t even get my door jams, still pieces of leaves and dirt there. I’m paying more than the regular for a fully clean car and you would then they would clean it fullyService: Full body wash

Every time I get another vehicle I always take it to water werkz to get detailed and washed because they do such an amazing job. People complain about the wait but just remember that Rome wasn't built in a day.

I picked Water Werkz from their Google reviews and they delivered. Fantastic work on my dog hair covered interior, on time, on budget. The buyer of my car barely looked at it, it looked *that* good.

Water Werkz made the interior of my car brand new! Very pleased with the professional service they provided me. Car had a horrible smell and they went above and beyond to fix it. I would come here again for an interior cleaning. Also really appreciative that they took my car on short notice. I'm up here from Florida for the winter and after recent weather I decided to get my car detailed. Found this place on Google maps with good rating and made an appointment for 9 today. Came in and car was taken on time. Opted for Laguna Seca package which should have been $80, and when I came in one of the workers asked if I was confirmed for interior and exterior wash. I said yes and went on errands for about an hour. Came back and car was getting finished. Workers looked like they were doing a nice job. Accepted the car and noticed that my total payment came out to be $111.97, nowhere near $80. I didn't say anything as I'm not picky about money but I don't know why I was charged more. After leaving the shop I inspected the car in the sun. Overall, I would say that they did a great job, and was happy to see that even door jambs and the pillars behind the doors were relatively clean. However, some small spots (from bird droppings) were left uncleaned, some water was not dried off, and some water spots were left untreated (not buffed properly). My guess is if you are a regular customer you would get fantastic service, but this would be my first and last time visiting this detail shop. I will go elsewhere for the rest of my stay. Thanks.

I brought my already paint corrected and ceramic coated vehicle to waterwerkz for a car wash on a recommendation by a friend. Long story short, the newbie employee, without instruction from senior level employees, proceeds before I could intervene to inappropriately wash the vehicle with a wash mitt used on the lower portion of the vehicle, where road dirt and debris accumulate, bringing the mitt onto my hood, scratching the hell out of the hood.I now need to get the hood of my vehicle paint corrected and recoated.How the heck aren't employees given the very basics of how to wash a vehicle. Perhaps have them watch videos from obsessed garage or pan the organizer. I drove 60 miles and paid two tolls to have my vehicle treated no better than a random corner car wash.I take so much pride in the appearance and maintenance of my car only to have some kid who knows nothing about washing cars to erase my efforts. Clearly, very little if any training is given.

This place has the worst customer service ever. They don't honor your appointment and they even skip you for other customers. Don't go there if you can't wait hours for a wash.
