Had to get a new phone today because I wore mine out and Elliot at the Verizon store in. Lynbrook was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and saved us money on our current account. It was a very pleasant experience.

I walked in extremely close to closing time expecting to be told it was too late to be helped. Both gentlemen were extremely patient and extremely helpful. Not only did I get a phone for myself I ended up getting on for my mom as well! Thank you both for your great customer service!

Angelo is the manager and he is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, understanding and just a pleasure to work with. He helped my son last week and he helped me earlier this week and both experiences were surprisingly pleasant and easy. He is the just the best. Thanks Angelo- very much appreciated
