V & J Vacuums is incredible! I went in on a Saturday with my broken Bissell vacuum and they not only knew exactly what the problem was but they replaced the vacuum with a brand new one at a fraction of the cost. The whole interaction took maybe 5 minutes (a major win since I was on my way to a bridal shower and live very far away). They were so friendly and helpful - could not recommend them enough!!

Joseph is the best! I had a beloved Bissell for 6 years. Sadly, it couldn’t be fixed as parts were not available. I bought a replacement (same model) that he offered to me at a great price.Joseph was genuinely personable … he can certainly teach others the right way to run a business! V&J have a great selection of vacuum cleaners, as well as all the parts and accessories. Joseph assisted me with fixing my vacuum cleaner and is very knowledgeable about all the different models and parts. He was very friendly and helpful too.

I was referred to this location by Bissell for repairs to my CleanView. The service was excellent and the repair time was 1 day. I am so thankful that we were able to repair my vacuum instead of having to go out and purchase another one. Thank you so much! I highly recommend V & J if you’re looking for quality work.

Called on a weekday about fixing a Bissell. The owner checked the inventory and gave me an estimate. The whole service appt took 15 minutes. Everything went smoothly. Would come again.

Excellent service!! Brought my bissell carpet cleaner in for repair and Joe was able to get me a brand new one since it was under warranty. Saved me a ton of time and headache. Would definitely recommend ??

My husband and I were very happy with Joe’s service. We had an old Oreck that we had brought to Joe in the past for servicing. This time, however, the cost of the repair did not warrant fixing. After much research we decided to purchase a new Oreck from Joe. He was knowledgeable & very pleasant to deal with. His price was also very reasonable. We highly recommend him for anyone wishing to service or purchase a vacuum. The new vacuum works great!

After being told that my bissel shampoo machine was not worth fixing by several repair shops I called Joe at V&J vacuums. He offered a free estimate and would look at it right away. After dropping it off, Joe had chased me down in the parking lot to tell me it was fixed. To my surprise it was a simple fix and joe refused to charge me anything. Most places could have said it was a number of things wrong and charged me accordingly. Not often do you still find an honest and friendly person /repair shop. Joe, you won me over. I highly recommend V&J vacuum.
