I really don’t know where to start. I had gotten a horrible experience from another salon in which they absolutely ruined my hair color and I called trilogy for a consultation. I needed a desperate fix. From the phone call itself, the lady speaking was so kind and empathetic. When I came in, there was 0 sense of judgement or harshness. Every single one of the workers were so kind and welcoming. I got an appointment for the next day with Shannon and she has got to be by far not only the most skilled hairdresser I’ve had my hair done by, but the kindest, warmest, sweetest soul. She was honest with me about what color would suit my skin tone rather than just giving me what I want. She was also very empathetic as to my bad experience at the other salon and put in not 100, but 200% effort in my hair. She was patient, thorough, and very motivated to ensure not only that the hair came out looking how I wanted it to, but that I was happy. And she FAR exceeded. She maintained very engaging conversation the entire time with me as well. Her and Marilyn (I am sorry if I misspelled the name) were absolute sweethearts. Marilyn also took care of my hair by washing it, drying it, and combing it. Every single hairdresser in this salon maintains the most positive, encouraging, and warm attitude that makes you feel completely comfortable and happy even before you receive the service. There was no judgement, no rudeness, nothing. Nothing but sunshine and rainbows. The place was also very clean which is always appreciated! But I genuinely cannot express how grateful I am to Shannon. I had a wedding to attend the next day and she took the mess of a hair I had and turned it into a masterpiece. She does beautiful work and even better is that she’s a beautiful, beautiful human being. It shows with just her interactions. I don’t think I’ll ever be going to another hair salon! This was my first time visiting. My daughter goes here often. Place was clean, staff was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was taken at my appointed time. My hairdresser did a lovely job and I was happy with the outcome! Will definitely go back again!

Got my hair done for the first time since the Pandemic ravaged the world. Disappointed that Sue didn't come back but Chris is awesome! Trilogy still v. professional and customer friendly. Love Mary as always; she is so warm and friendly. Will be back to seen Chris again! My girls too! ?

I've been going to Trilogy's for many years. They have long-time clients that keep coming back for the service, the atmosphere and the value. Friendly and professional staff. Clean space. An all-around great experience. I have curly hair and Lenore knows how to handle it! My daughter has even more curly hair and she wouldn't see anyone else but Shannon or Lenore to do her hair coloring. The whole team are the Best!!
