This is a wonderful place to buy furniture in Lynbrook. The dining room table is perfectly made. The options and information of the furniture was second to none. The white glove delivery was perfect too. Throughly enjoy the quality made dining room table it is a great valve to our home.Thank you !

Decided to quickly run in to Rustic Loft about 10 minutes before they were to close, just wanted to get some information on a kitchen table. Not only was the staff warm and welcoming, but spent time showing me various options on a table I had seen there awhile ago. I never felt rushed and they really took their time in listening and answering all my questions even though it was past closing time. Needless to say, the staff is outstanding and very helpful. Ended up purchasing a dining set (table and 6 chairs) and was told it would take about 16 - 18 weeks. Of course, not what I expected but the furniture is one of a kind and absolutely stunning and felt it was certainly worth the wait! To my surprise, it was completed ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!! The workmanship, design, color, everything was beyond expectations!! So happy I decided to "quickly run into Rustic Loft"!! Thank you, Leo and Alyssa, for making us feel so welcomed and for the most beautiful dining set!!!!

The Rustic Loft is amazing! I hosted a baby shower in their large room.A beautiful space with very reasonable pricing. We had a wonderful time and saved a lot of energy on decorating thanks to the already gorgeous decor.

to the Mr. G. owner from The Loft. I don't need to lie about what we experienced because yoI have never been there. I live in New Jersey and my friends have been living in Long Island for years. We have passed by your store almost everyday. What happened was deplorable and bad customer service. how were we to know the protocol of your store? I was describing what I saw the lady did. then you're telling me I should have been patient. it's a pity I did not take a video. this is not a hoax. this is what we experienced. I even explained we were coming from church etc. you know that yelp is not fake. I signed in with Google. You really lost a customer. My friend needEd a table for her kitchen, but no one, no one acknowledged us. We were in the store for a good six minutes standing. They continued with their conversation as if we did not exist. My friend lives off sunrise highway. I would never lie to you.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful furniture and very happy with my purchases. The mechanics of the table opening works perfectly. The customer service is great and agree you feel like family. I reached out to Leo over a year later as the table was accidentally scratched. He remembered me and the purchase as if it was one week ago. He came over the following day and took care of the scratch and is good as new. Really special place.

We were renovating our kitchen and wanted an island with a beautiful wood table top. Our contractor built the bottom of the island from our new white cabinetry and we went to Rustic Loft for the table top. I can't stress enough how pleasant and helpful Leo and his staff were. They showed us many different styles and types of wood and made the top exactly to our specifications - and it is gorgeous! And to top it off, Leo held onto the completed piece for us when our other work was delayed. A wonderful experience!

I highly recommend The Rustic Loft !! I bought a beautiful table this year, they were very helpful with picking the stain for the table and the chairs making sure everything was exactly what I wanted and it came out beautifully. I also bought a beautiful picture , it’s one of those fracture pictures, which is very heavy and fragile. When everything was delivered they put my table together everything was perfect! When it came to the Picture my husband told them he was going hang it. the owner happened to be at the delivery he was so nice he said we normally don’t do this but we’re going to hang it for you because it’s such a large and heavy picture, they did such a great job! They were very helpful from beginning to end, it’s nice to go to a store and be helped and they listen to you instead of trying to push you into buying something you don’t want just to make a sale, SOI highly recommend The Rustic Loft it’s worth it.

I absolutely love my table and chairs, the staff was amazing and delivery by Leo was perfect. I waited 3 months for a set from another source but after changing deliver another month away I decided to cancel that order and went to The Rustic Loft. They allowed me to buy a floor model (since I was desperate at this point) and custom made my chairs in 3 weeks. I can't thank them enough, I totally recommend them
