I would like to thank our salesman, John Bonanno and Sarah from Finance for helping us lease our Volkswagen Tiguan SE. They made the process run most efficiently and we were able to get the car within a few hours. The Tiguan SE is absolutely beautiful, really comfortable and is amazing how it operates. I worked with Randy to lease an Atlas from sunrise volkswagen. Randy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the acquisition process very seamless and gave me a really good deal.

I’m not sure if this is an issue with the dealership or solely service, but it seems like both since I’ve called both locations. The lack of communication and customer service leads to wasted time (on everyone’s part). I’ve tried on 4 separate occasions to contact the service department to speak to a service provider about an issue with my car that should be under warranty. On 3 occasions (over the course of 2 weeks) I was told someone would be calling me back. As of yet I have not received a call back either from the service advisor or from the dealership. Most recently I asked for a service advisor or the dealership management to call me since it’s taking so long for someone to return a phone call. I will update this review accordingly if anything in this transaction moves in a more positive direction. As of now I cannot recommend that anyone utilize this Volkswagen location due to the lack of customer service available.

Phenomenal! Marc was amazing from start to finish. Made the process super simple, total of 3hrs from start to finish, and was able to make it possible. And the car was ready to go right away for me.

Had such an amazing experience! Randy Grene is highly recommended. He made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle comfortable and quick! Randy is very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He was honest and was really looking after the needs of the consumer since he knows the feeling too well. Sarah also was excellent in the finance dept. She worked quickly and was very personable throughout the entire process! Thank you Randy and Sarah for making this a great experience! It is so hard to find great customer service but Randy and Sarah far exceeded my expectations! Love my new car!
