“I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers. One were for a special event. I paid $40 for express shipping to arrive at least a week before the event. The shoes ended up coming within the "free shipping" window but it is the holidays. The shoes arrived and the pair I needed was wrong. I contacted customer service and was fortunate enough to have Marianne assist me! While I was frustrated as it's a difficult time in life, she remained professional, courtesy and apologetic at all times regardless of my frustrations! While I was not able to find the shoes in time, She got the correct shoes sent out and also sent a good faith gesture for my troubles! She single handily changed my view on the company and turned a grumpy customer happy again! Thank you Marianne and I look forward to purchasing again in the near future!”

“Excellent prices and deals. The guys there are very enthusiastic but will ensure you know what you're doing if you haven't bought a suit before.Their European cut suits are phenomenal. I would highly recommend it here if you're looking for an amazing suit and want to do so on a budget. The material and fit are almost as good as any other high-end suits. I had a suit from here years ago, and got my tailoring done here as well, and that suit lasted me over a decade. The only reason I don't wear it now is because I grew out of it.”

“My wife and I stopped in to buy a suit for my father in law who recently passed away, and we were unsure of his size. The woman who works there was incredibly helpful with figuring out what we needed, and at a reasonable price. When she learned of the occasion/what we were shopping for, she was beyond sympathetic and compassionate. During a time of loss she had us both laughing, and we walked out with smiles on our faces. During our conversation she asked about the services being held, and to our surprise she came to offer her condolences at the wake. Nowadays it’s rare to meet a genuinely nice and sincere person, so the experience at Robert’s was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend shopping here if you’re looking for exceptional service!!”
