This shop stand behind their work. I have been going to sanford for almost 8 years now. Essentially when they first opened up. They always welcome each and every customer with respect and treat every car with the utmost care as if it was their own. Recently, I had them do apply paint protection film (PPF) on my front end of my Audi TT last fall and due to unforseen failures from the PPF, they told me to come back and in the spring and they will redo it. I did just that and they redid it and it exceeded my expectations. This alone shows me that Leah, Reef and the sanford team stands behind their work. While my vehicle was in the shop, they kept me updated and it was very easy to get updates (via text) and they are always and readily available to answer any questions with a lot of patience! If you know me, I am crazy about attention to detail and the team was the same and welcomed it!

I brought in my car for detailing late in the day and the staff was very friendly and quoted a reasonable price within minutes. The work was done just a few hours later and my car was so clean it was almost unrecognizable. With high quality work and excellent customer service, this place is a class act. If I ever need another detailing I will go out of my way to take my car to Sanford Auto Spa.

Awesome work brought my Golf r in for tints on windows and headlight and talights and Leah kindly walked me through my options for different tints. Ended up goin with ceramic tints and could not be any more happier with the results. Sal and his team are a 5 star crew will not be taking my cars anywhere else

Took one of my cars here for a paint correction and ceramic coating. It was a 2010 jeep srt8 in black. Car came out flawless. I'm a bit of a freak and need everything perfect at all times with my things so I checked the car thoroughly. Happy to report this was a very positive experience. They also have the best prices in the NYC area. Will bring my new i4 m50 and gtr nismo for the same package.

If you read my previous post on Royal Posh… here’s why I had to come to their other spot (Sanford Auto Spa) to fix the terrible tint job they did. They ended up charging me more money to come here and fix it rather than make things whole with me. They said they would only charge me labor because it wasn’t them that did it, it was Royal Posh. (Same owner by the way)… but fine it’s understandable. I just wanted my car fixed. Tints came out way better than Royal Posh, so I offered them to do some more work on my M340i. I wanted a front lip installed and roof wrapped. Wrap came out fine, but when I specifically told them to not drill holes into my front bumper for the lip install and to use the 3M tape that was provided… they seemed to have disregarded what I said and proceeded to drill holes into the front bumper. Not only that, it came out uneven on the sides… Overall, their prices aren’t too high, but there’s definitely a reason for that…Update to response: In your role as a business, a more empathetic and open approach in responding to online reviews would be beneficial. Your replies to less-than-stellar feedback give off the impression that you’re the one venting frustrations publicly. It might be worth addressing internally whoever penned the unprofessional response. Just some food for thought – after all, it does shape your business’s image and customer relations. Regarding your response, it was implied that I meant drilling holes underneath the bumper, not the front itself. I had conversations with Kenny (I believe he was the manager at the time, the same person who took over my appointment at Royal Posh) and even spoke with Stan about avoiding unnecessary drilling under the bumper. Unsurprisingly, no one mentioned the potential “downforce” issue, but fair enough, I’ll acknowledge that point. However, despite explicitly instructing them that if the 3M tape was not sufficient, they could unscrew the front bumper bolts and drill into specific spots on my Maxton Design lip, which conveniently has integrated OEM bolt placements, it seems the extra effort was too bothersome or “labor-intensive” during the installation process. As for leaving with the car imperfect, I did not notice the uneven lip until a few days later because I trusted that the work was done by “professionals” claiming to have installed “countless spoilers, lips, and aftermarket parts.” My mistake I guess. While I appreciate your willingness to work with me, I opted to spare myself from another potential nightmare and had the issue rectified elsewhere. Lastly, my review was straightforward and honest, not an attempt to present myself as the “victim.” I shared my genuine and fair assessment of the experience. While I contemplated a lower rating due to that unprofessional response, I can understand that criticism can be hard to swallow. I’ve decided to stand with my rating for your own sake, hoping that you’ll be more courteous in future responses to underwhelmed customers.
